You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe room wasn’t as clean and having to pay for a later check out time….most places check out at 11/12 this place is 10….and it’s 25 per hour after 10….its right by the freeway so it’s kinda loud…its also close to MLK with that being said if ya MLK is hood then u can only imagine how Memphis MLK is…if you not 10/52 then be careful cause police is everywhere
The location was good cause it is right down the street from Beale street and all the fun stuff and there is a Burger King across the street and gas station and Arby’s so it was convenient to walk across and get food but be careful cause it’s an exit ramp from the freeway there but I didn’t have any problems

United States of AmericaThe walls need painting and I was promised a microwave and there was no microwave. Broken down cars in parking lot. Gate never closed for safety. And front desk lied about not having nonsmoking rooms on first floor. I walked passed several rooms with better up keep and cleaner. I was placed in smoking.

A unnecessary cash deposit for room “cleaness”. They had no change so i had to give them more than the minimum amount .

United KingdomWell, HOWDY DOODY, I wanted to experience the Americana, but didn't expect to be staying on the set of AHS Motel! Kept thinking Sarah Paulson was gunna bang in to scream at me, or have Mia Goth drop by to axe me! The neighbours were practicing for a Tennessee Williams PLAY DAY & NIGHT. The area? If you love helicopters, you'll cream, as there's a search helicopter station just across the road, business must be doing well as they were in continuous rotation, like a Disney ride. My ceiling was falling apart, I wore a tee over my face for protection jic. Being on a budget, I shouldn't complain as the price was great, but I did indeed get what I PAID for OR did I!? NO WIFI THE WHOLE 3 DAYS I was there, kept getting told it was getting fixed, wasn't. I spent alot of time in Arby's Carpark for WiFi. Next time I go, I'm off to the Peabody, a bunch of ducks would make preferable neighbours than what I had, they also have WiFi.
I liked only being in the room to sleep, coz I would have my eyes closed and be dreaming.
