The rooftop terrace on the 17th floor is empty. It is a missed opportunity.

Location is great, 10 mins walk to Times Square or Central Park. 5 mins walk from 5th Avenue and Wholefoods supermarket. 1 min to Starbucks and Subway. Room was big enough for the four of us. Breakfast is grab and go, I read that in the reviews before we arrived. Coffee/tea, 2 pastries and fruit. We took yoghurt from Wholefoods and made a full breakfast. The beds are comfortable. Big closetspace as well. No outside noise, great sleep. We were on the 16th floor. Would recommend!

Small room, no chair. Window could not be opened. Breakfast was not that great. I think I paid too much for the room. Saw the prices of the hotel a few months after booking and prices were lowered by almost half.

Great location, friendly staff. Good shower. Tv worked great. Good cleanliness good sound isolation from the city streets.

Hotel is outdated and requires a deep renovation, which makes it expensive from a price/quality ratio. Vending machine and tv were not functioning.

Staff especially in the breakfast was not nice at all, specifically one lady, was rude! Breakfast was poor and we were only allowed 2 pieces of small bites (one muffin or one croissant) and if we asked for two pieces of the same food, we were not allowed to have it and the staff was rude about it.

Breakfast was a very limited grab and go option and after paying a higher price which included breakfast, this was disappointing. The hotel is very tired and needs some TLC. I also spotted a cockroach in the lounge on my last day.

Location was good, housekeeping each day was good and WiFi was a nice bonus.

when i booked this hotel through booking, breakfast was included. when we arrived at the hotel, at reception we were told that breakfast was served from 7 to 10 am. The first day we went for breakfast around 8:30 am and there was nothing left to eat, just a few apples. as a result, breakfast was limited and often not enough for all the guests. breakfast consisted of 2 pieces of pastry per guest, plus coffee or tea and fruit, as the bananas disappeared quickly. i think it's disgraceful for a hotel to have this kind of service and say in the booking that breakfast is included. The truth is that every day around 8:30am/9am there was nothing left to eat. I suggest booking without breakfast because it's not worth it. the reception staff could be nicer to the guests

The receptionists were not attentive. Extremely apathetic when dealing with us. Nothing friendly at our check-in. If it weren't for the location, value for money and the service provided by the guys with our bags, we would have had a bad impression of the hotel. The elevators are also old, but the only problem is a little delay when called. I believe it is due to the number of people staying.

The location is excellent. The person responsible for luggage on the ground floor, Mr Daniel, is extremely attentive and friendly. He made a point of asking us if we were satisfied with our stay and if we needed anything. He took very good care of our bags. Always with a smile on his face, giving us confidence and joy.

There was a loud construction sound next to our room and we couldn’t sleep properly for 3 nights. Then we had to request the hotel to move us to another room as it was getting too much. While they agreed, they were not very nice in their manner of speaking and kept showing as if they are doing us a favour. Would not recommend.

The location is great and everybody is very friendly and helpful. I have read a lot of negative comments regarding the breakfast, I instead think that the small one offered every morning (including week-end) is absolutely in line with the rates the hotel usually offers and it's good. Coffee, tea, muffins, croissant, fruits are available (of course early in the morning, as in most of hotels where breakfast is included) for all guests and it's a great plus to start the day, given the fact that a normal coffee in any other bar nearby would cost you 5$ at least! Those who expected a buffet breakfast or more should have booked somewhere else at different prices. The room are simply fine and ok for resting after the entire day out. The hotel is modest in all its service but good and and in very convenient location to visit the city.

It was not bad enough that they advertise “breakfast” in the booking reservation but once you get there, it is not breakfast but rather a “grab and go”, where you only have access to 2 small pastries. On top of that, even with an established number of units per person, there were days we got there well within the “breakfast time” (7-10am) and nothing was left… this was very disappointing and upsetting.

The hotel has a great price vs quality ratio for NYC. Location and comfort were amazing. They also kept our bags until late afternoon and there is a rooftop.
