Location was amazing being about 100m to centre of time square. The room was huge and the plenty of space for luggage and room to lounge around. The staff were amazing and always went above and beyond to assist you whenever they saw you

Nothing it was all terrific

The added light breakfast on the roof terrace each morning was delightful. We were given an upgrade and our room for three was terrific, specially for an 8 night stay. All hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Special mention to Ceasar and Kevin on the front desk who went over and above to be incredibly friendly, fun and kind. The day it was pouring all day, the hotel provided umbrellas to everyone- a special touch ❤️ I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you again AKA team for a wonderful stay.

Our room was not serviced between the hours requested 9:00-1:0 therefore it wasn’t able to be serviced. No complimentary coffee/tea facility in room. Had to purchase coffee pod to use with coffee machine

Additional ventilation for cooking to prevent setting off smoke alarm. Once we did this the first time we were careful not to create too much smoke while cooking. Having the toilet in the bathroom sometimes meant having to utilize the toilet in the gym area when the apartment bathroom was busy, (not a big issue).

Location was excellent and not too noisy for being so close to Times Square. Service from all reception staff was impeccable and friendly along with great service form the housekeeping staff. Right in the center of the theatre district and actually right between 2-major theaters either side. Good range of restaurants next door and across the road and many others nearby. Only a few-minutes walk to Times Square. Our upgrade to 2-seperate bedrooms for ourselves and our daughter was well worth it and the living space was very comfortable with plenty of room including a good size work desk for my personal computer. Bedding was very comfortable. The kitchen was great to have (very expensive to eat out for all meals). The washer and dryer was also extremely handy to wash/dry clothes conveniently.

Tiny windows and a dimly lit room, but I would say it's normal for a Manhattan location in NYC.

The location is amazing, and the apartment is spacious. Additionally, it has a refrigerator, and the staff is very nice.

AKA Times Square is amazing. The location, the bedrooms with full kitchen helps a lot when you want to dinner at home. The atmosphere is high level, minimalist. All employees with engagement, happy and always available to solve your necessities. I really recommend AKA. I can recommend to review daily rates…. sometimes are extremely high.

The noise from Time Square is unavoidable. It is common to hear emergency vehicles or horns at 3am. The convenient location also means it’s a traffic jam everyday trying to walk to the train station. Room service is scheduled once a week! Can be tricky for a family.

The location is right bang in the middle of Time Square. The rooms are massive and we love the laundry service. There are many major stations around the hotel, all within 5 minutes walk. super convenient! The staff here are all so lovely and amazing, a big contrast to the wild world out of the hotel. We spent two weeks there and we truly felt like home.

The room is very small, no small fridge, no hangers in the bathroom. The safe is strange and eas very small. Can hardly put anything inside.

The location is great, bed is big and comfortable and the shower is amazing. The morning coffee, tea and pastries is a very nice touch.
