Central location - Brand new rooms/modern facilities

If they had implemented housekeeping, I'd recommend the hotel to everyone. Now I won't recommend it to anyone.

Housekeeping never came, despite my calling 3X over the course of the day and early evening.

I like the cleanliness and that it was modern. I didn't like the fact that the custodians follow you around and make you feel uncomfortable. I stayed for four days wanted to extend and was told that they were sold out which was a lie. The front house employee yelled at me in front of the manager and the manager didn't say anything. The Haitian young lady at the front desk at Chelsea. I was told I had to book by third party but for some people they would take reservations at the desk. They lack professionalism and show favoritism .

There can be a bit of noise on the floors, the doors slam quite loudly, i would suggest rubber cushions for the door frames.

Super Clean, comfortable and well appointed Staff are super friendly and helpful.

At first, there was a mishap because one of the staffs gave us a wrong room number. We tried getting inside said room several times when a woman from the inside opened the door. :| We were embarrassed and we felt sorry because it looked like we disturbed her from her sleep. Good thing the woman was nice and understanding. Also, I hope the hotel is clear with the important details and fees they display in booking.com. They charged us 200USD for the deposit fee when it just says 100USD in booking.com. They also charged us a prepayment (same amount of our booking) which was not stated anywhere. WE DON'T REALLY MIND the refundable fees, we just hope the staffs informed and explained it to us clearly before charging our card. I don't know if this is important because we're not really particular when it comes to 'privileges'. We were lined up at the lobby for check in, there is a group in front of us who were already talking to one of the staffs at the desk and there's a white couple behind us. So, basically, we were next in line. But then, the next available staff still called and prioritized the couple behind us. We were next in line. We just don't understand why she didn't call us. She saw us but she ignored us. Anyway, the group before us was still taking their time checking into the hotel so we still ended up talking to the staff who ignored us. She was nice when we talked to her but we just didn't like the treatment prior to that.

The location was perfect - close to the city center and attractions. The room was spacious and really clean. We are really meticulous when it comes to cleanliness that's why we picked this hotel because we knew it's newly opened or renovated. The city view is really nice as well. The staffs at the desk were able to help us leave and secure our bags before we checked in since we arrived quite early. We also appreciate the staff who emailed us that the room was ready which was 45mins earlier from check-in time.

Location was excellent right in the middle of it all, close to Times Square, Empire State Building, 230 Rooftop on Fifth, Macy’s, and walkable to loads of other stuff. Excellent comfortable rooms, not huge but perfectly formed. Nice communal area with free tea and coffee each morning, friendly helpful staff. Would definitely recommend for clean, modern, central and comfortable accommodation, loved it.

The bed was superb and comfortable. The room was small but very clean and the gym was brand new and had everything I needed. The staff was extremely helpful. The amenities for food were lacking but the location makes up for it, as there is literally everything a few steps away. Loved it l!

Hotel charged me twice for our stay, also sent out washing to their dry cleaners when we booked to have a laundry pick it up $500 vs $60, then charged us for the dry cleaning. Eventually refunding it. Then held the payment and took a long while and many complaints to release the funds. Rooms were tiny, nowhere to put the suitcases. View was the building next door. No restaurant in the hotel.

3 days no room cleaning no new towel , there are a lot mosquitos in bathroom. Next room gave fire alarm at 3 am , then fire fighters came our room and broke other room door. We did not sleep all night.

Everyone was so kind from the front staff to the bartender. My daughter got sick in the middle of the night and they worked to help me get what I needed for her. Will definitely stay here again!
