The pool didn't warm properly. Had warm water 2 of the 5 days.

The house was clean and comfortable. Great location. Staff worked to correct problems.

Master bedroom closest to the front door was not comfortable. I believe the head board may be detached or loose. We couldn’t get the kids room tv to play anything. Ac wasn’t set low enough. It was hot in the master closest to the pool. The fan helped a little. We opted to the family room for a cooler feel.

The property was clean and safe. I loved being able to have a personal code for our safety. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. Pots, Pans, seasoning, laundry pods. I loved that it had 2 master bedrooms on opposite sides. The host responds quickly to messages and is very accommodating.

Myself, my mom, and my 5 year old stayed here for 4 days during our Disney trip. For starters, the home is in a lovely neighborhood with friendly people around. The home was massive, especially for only 2.5 people. Upon entry, everything was nicely decorated and it was fabulously clean. I loved the kitchen and the modern appliances. The home literally had everything you would need such as silverware, plates, cups, appliances, etc. The host left a nice presentation of snacks and a bottle of wine. There were 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all nicely furnished. My favorite room was the kids room as it was decorated so cute with the Toy Story theme. My son loved the game room as there was a nice assortment of toys and activities to get into. The pool and the spa tub were also utilized for a few days as well. The pool area was very clean and there are an abundance of seats to lounge on. The spa was very relaxing for us and I wish i was in it right now, lol. Not sure how hot it got, but at one point I had to get out as I was baking like a Thanksgiving turkey. The host also left some laundry pods and a pack of detergent so in the event we needed to wash, we could. Super thoughtful. The host is very communicative, answers questions promptly, and left a binder in the home explaining how things work, travel tips, among other need to knows. The location was very close to Disney, i'd say 20-25 mins if there is a moderate amount of traffic. In the area, you can find so many things to do it's insane. The host recommended the Orlando Eye, which we visited (thanks for the tip). I really enjoyed such a relaxing vacation in a beautiful home. This is a vacation home that I would gladly rent again. I write this from NYC on my couch wishing I was back. Well worth the price.

Amazing!!! Wonderfully stocked kitchen, beautifully decorated home with a dream pool. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to shopping and parks. Any questions asked where promptly answered. A dream vacation spent languishing poolside.

Some of the kitchen utensils weren't completely clean, but it was nothing that couldn't be washed again. Either way there is everything you need in the kitchen.

The house is spectacular and very comfortable, very clean and safe, you feel at home. The pool was very clean, we really loved the place, I'm sure we'll be back.
