Very well located on the western side of SOHO, a quick walk will get you to many metro stations and stores. Fabulous restaurants are all a walk away. The rooms are minimalist but very comfortable.

We only had one hot and sunny day, but there was a big queue to the lifts in the afternoon as external guests use them as well to get to the rooftop bar. Not great when you check in after a long flight and want to get to your room and still have to queue for the lift. We were lucky with our room location, but others may be right below the rooftop bar so probably earplugs might be needed.

The location is perfect if you, like us, prefer to avoid Midtown. The staff were all lovely. Hotel decor and rooms are nice. I do understand that the bathroom situation (glass partition wall) is not for everyone, but you know what to expect before you book. We had breakfast at Lindens included in our rate, and it was amazing! I've already recommended the hotel to friends.

It was a shame the roof terrace was only open at certain times as it would have been nice to take in the view. The room was on the small side

I liked the location, we walked most places or had easy access to the Subway. There was a really good choice of eating options available and the rooms, although small, were really well designed and thought out

I was a bit surprised by the way the room was cleaned (or not cleaned) daily. We found noticeable amounts of hair and dust rolls on the floor several times although the bed was made and towels changed. I'm just not used to coming back in a hotel room with a dirty floor.

The food offer was excellent! They had a lovely à la carte breakfast. Also the location in Soho was great.

Rooms were quite small. And our room was very noisy - the window did not fully seal when shut. They said they'd look at it but did not make any changes so we had to wear ear plugs as the hotel is near a busy road junction. No coffee facilities in the room or water provided other than two small cans on first day

The location of the hotel is simply great. The layout in the hotel is great, different rooms... The staff was great too.

The only negative was that our room was not ready when we arrived for check in time and we had to wait nearly an hour before it was ready.

We had a great stay at Arlo Soho. The location was perfect in Soho and close to lots of amenities and restaurants/bars! The rooms were clean & very comfy. Would definitely stay here again!

As expected in NYC the rooms are very small. I had to shimmy round the end of the bed to get to my side. Not much storage.

Staff were super friendly, efficient and helpful. Restaurant Lindens was superb. Again, great staff. Shower was really powerful. Rooms were modern. Good location in Soho walking distance from subway and lots of cool shops/attractions.

TV/Internet connection is not very reliable. Our TV lost it's signal the second day we were there and never gained it back. We were told somebody was coming to fix it but they never came. We also could not connect to the Guest-only WiFi for most of our stay, so we had to use the public wifi instead.

The lobby is very nice. Large communal area with plenty of comfortable seating where you can wait until your room is ready or get some work done. Rooms are very clean with modern finishes.

Very clean. The staff was great. I lost my wallet and Andrew brought it out after someone was kind to find it. Food was great. Alejandro really was helpful as well to know what good places are around. Every staff member at the front desk was very pleasant!

But there were some weird sounds from time to time that could have come from the elevator.

If I had to gripe I would say the room was quite small.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. With regards to the room, everything was clean and satisfactory, they had USB plugs by the bed which was helpful, a fridge, and all shower facilities.
