No tea/coffee-making facilities in the room at all, despite having a well-stocked mini-bar. No free parking options on site. The sliding bathroom door offers precious little privacy from the rest of the room. It is right at the border of "central" Austin and some rather sketchy suburbs, so you only really want to walk in one direction when you leave... It's pretty expensive for what it is.

It's a stylish place, with large rooms and comfortable beds. The bar is good, and the breakfast sandwich options (although not included) are delicious. It's walkable from the city centre and at the end of a road with some decent restaurants, bars, and shops.

Wish there were some more in-room dining options, or tea or coffee available in the room. Water pressure could have been a bit better. For the patio, would be nice to have a little table to have a drink out there.

Easy to walk to great restaurants, bars, and shopping in East Austin. Loved my corner room with the little seating nook and so much sunlight. Bed was comfy. Nice amenities. Room very spacious. Staff very friendly.

Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly, the room was modern, spacious, and immaculately clean. The bathroom and shower were particularly impressive, and the food was fresh and delicious! The location was ideal for us – centrally located yet away from the chaos of downtown. Without a doubt, this was the best hotel experience I've had in recent years. Thank you!

The hotel did not have a fitness center, which would have been nice. A little better lighting in the room, it was a little dark. Everything else was great.

The hotel was new, clean, comfortable. There was a funky cool lobby and bar area (also a restaurant with breakfast). The room itself was spacious and clean, good design. There was a larger (not full size) fridge and stocked minibar (although we did not use). The bathroom was also large, clothes steamer included was a nice touch. Plenty of space for clothes and luggage. Nice little booth / seating area. Only downside was the lighting a little low. Room was very quiet, could not hear any outside noise. There were plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Very good bar with bar food for late night snack.

Didn't love the look of the concrete ceiling... but certainly added to the trendy industrial vibe. Not a deal breaker... would recommend a stay here!

Loved the funky vibe of Arrive. Our room had interesting decor, was huge and comfortable. It was quiet and the bed was great so we slept well. Loved the lobby bar area and the location to hip restaurants and bars was a real plus! We got an uber to other downtown areas $5! and to the airport $23.
