The heating was not functioning well, though customer support were considerate and tried to solve the problem a.s.a.p. The room was not very clean.

The location, gym facilities, customer support services, which understood our needs and took care of our demands the best way possible.

they charged 250 before check in without warning, I complained in the chat, but they said it was policy. The room was nice, however it may need some tlc (I see the wall paint was patched in a few places, floor is quite tired). Other that that all good. Manhattan is very expensive, at least we paid and got some comfort

during our stay the room locking combination stopped working, but the structure was very helpful to solve the issue immediately. It was not the best after 5hours in the rain, but problem solved!

perfect position. close to grand central station and some of the main museums (MoMA) and main buildings (Flatiron for example is only 15 mins away by foot). the flat reflects the pictures and the staff at the reception is very helpful. also the app and the support from remote is friendly and effective.

The keycode to access my room never worked so I had to carry a key everywhere I went. Also in the first day the wifi was not working so I had to wait one day before Sonder fixed it. The room was too dark for us, we recommend adding at least one light bulb in the center of the bedroom.

Location because it is close to gran central terminal and that is has everything you need within the facilities. Staff answers very quickly through the Sonder App, really helpful.

The tv wasn’t really working, the aerial was broken. But we just used it with chrome cast from our iPad & WiFi etc. The sofa bed had a few missing springs but was good enough for what we needed. The heating unit was the worst thing, really noisy at times in the night & no obvious way to switch it off. I stayed in 2H.

It was a good location & relatively quiet. It had the majority of facilities you’d need, inc kettle & coffee machine (inc a few teabags & coffees to get you going). All the kitchen equipment was in good working order & all the linen & towels were lovely fresh & clean.

the automated door code wasn't always working for me, because the building internet would cut off randomly, so I couldn't even get into my room without going down to the front desk to get a key. The key code in general is helpful, but there was no backup, which was frustrating because I didn't know why my key code didn't work until the front desk person downstairs told me it's because the wifi is spotty. It doesn't feel reliable to me

it was a lot shabbier than the photos led me to believe. the rug was worn, there were stains on the floor and I met a friendly New York cockroach. it’s not as upmarket as the images suggest. Looks way more worn out & needs updating

It wasn't bright and clean as what they showed me in the photos! The windows were extremely dirty so we covered them with the curtain for the whole 2 weeks! The bathroom sink was not draining at all and we had to wait 2-3 minutes each time to clean up! The lounge was not any similar to the photos!

The location was great. The kitchen was good. One of the lights did not work and we asked the room service to fix it and they showed up in 2 minutes but unfortunately it wasn't about the bulb and it needed more time so we postponed it. I asked for a vase and they kindly provided me with one.

Laundry card should have been provided. The couch was stained. No dresser or shelves to unpack clothes and personal items, only hangers in a closet. TV is just a monitor for Chromecast. Neighbours were smoking marijuana for several days, making air quality foul and complaints to Sonder did not really help. Service was supposed to come and help with opening windows to let in fresh air, but nobody came.

Well set up for an extended stay of a week or so. Kitchen thoughtfully equipped with essentials. Nice sized bathroom. Laundry and gym on premises. Good, fast wifi.

I didn’t love that anyone can access any floor of the building simply due to safety concerns but it was reassuring knowing someone was on the door at all times. The shower was not the best as it was like a hose and sprayed water all over the place

The room was a great size for the location. Lots of space and felt like an experience of living in New York as opposed to a hotel room which was great. The door people were all so lovely and made a great welcome each time I came home. Had everything I needed for a 2 week stay to make it incredibly comfortable. The rooftop was beautiful (especially in the snow).

The bathroom was desperately in need of new floor tiles and a new door. Floor was very dirty- door warped from water. The wood floor throughout the apt are very badly scuffed with black marks. The furniture is worn. It’s simply not fresh and clean. I survived one night but could not stay any longer. Hallways are dark and dreary. The pics shown make it look sunny and clean but the windows are filthy - only the bedding was greasy and clean.

There were three days of incredible drilling type noise - so loud and intrusive that it was impossible to hold a telephone conversation or conduct any business. I tried the lounge on 25th floor - noise level a bit better but  not suitable with other people coming and going. I had to leave the building in order to conduct my business. I would not have reserved the apartment if made aware of the noise interference. Apparently there is some work being done in the car park underneath. On a less serious note: The sockets beside the bed did not work - I had to go and buy an extension cable. Finally - the TV did not work for normal TV service - it did work for Chromecast but not for usual TV channels which I would have expected.
