It is modern and clean. Location is good, near a subway station and not far away from main sightseeing places. Very friendly staff.

The hotel doors were really loud, when someone went out or came back then you definitely hear it. Breakfast could use some fresh things, like tomatoes, cucumbers etc.

We were really pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. The hotel was really close to the metro station so you could get to everywhere. Also receptionist was really helpful and friendly.

I enjoyed it all. You do need to be willing to be out of the centre of everything though and be comfortable using public transport to get around.

A hidden gem. Clean and modern. Once you’re willing to use the subway; this place is ideal! Shout out to Reuben on the front desk. He was amazing!

The room walls were super thin so we could hear even small movements of other guests in rooms close to ours. The toilet flash stopped working twice too. Upon reporting it to the front desk, they addressed the issue immediately, but the fact that it happened again means that probably the bathroom facilities could be improved. Also the room was indeed very small but that is to be expected in a city like NY, so that wasn’t really an issue for us.

The hotel room was very clean and the staff super helpful. Great and convenient location and an overall comfortable stay in NY. The room was newly renovated and while small, it was indeed very modern and elegant. Cleaning services for the rooms were truly perfect. The room included an iron and iron board as well as hair drier (which are not always included in other hotels). Front desk was always quick to help and very pleasant and polite.

I would suggest to include chocolate options on the breakfast and Coffee from breakfast was not good. Besides that's is a fantastic option to stay for visit Manhattan island on New York.

Staff is super friendly and helpful, several metro stations just walking distance. Hotel is new and very clean, breakfast area is very wide and offers a lot of variety from fruit, cereal, granola, yogurt, pastries, eggs, and make your own pancakes and waffles. Shower in bathroom has excellent water pressure and good distribution.

Our room was on the 7th floor and there was noise from a near building's ventilating system/pipe. To compensate we had nice views. Also the room itself is small and there are no wardrobes to hang our clothes, so for a weekly-stay we had to leave the stuff in our luggage which was a bit uncomfortable. Would definitely recommend for a shorter stay

The only thing I’d change, the quality of the proteins: eggs, sausages and burgers.

I loved how clean the room was, all the staff have been amazing from day one. Helaida (I think) the waitress at breakfast time is so kind and helpful. She does her job excellent!!! The supervisor has also been very helpful and she is really kind. When I come back to NY I think I’ll book the same hotel! Thank you guys🤍🤍🤍😘😘😘

I needed to dial into a few early morning meetings with the UK - the room was clean with a comfortable desk and strong wifi - and the buffet breakfast was great. Extra coffee in the lobby was a nice touch when I'd exhausted the supply in the room. The hotel is not in the most spectacular part of town but it still felt safe at night. No complaints.

Room was a bit smaller than what some europeans might expect, but we never felt like it was a big issue. Would be bice to have proper plates and glasses at breakfast.

New, clean and tidy hotel. Staff were all excellent, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was quite decent. Excellent location, literally next to the sub stop. Lots of good restaurants nearby.
