The furniture is old, the sofas are old and smelled. The table chairs are old, your even afraid of sitting on them. the carpets in the rooms need a cleaning they are very dirty, when you get out of the shower and stepped on the carpet your feet would turn black thats how dirty the carpet is. the room had many aunts and spiders.

Location of the facility was perfect. Liked the pool area and river.

We only stayed two nights. went to epcot for a day. would have liked to stay longer to spend some time at the pool, but couldn't contact the unit owner.

The fittings were a bit dated. The bathtub in main bathroom did not drain very well.

The location was great, the size of the apartment was great. Great to have a kitchen and laundry facilities. Across the road from grocery store. Lots of takeaway food options close by.

My room had such a strong smell. It was a deodorizing smell. Way to strong. We got in very late. It was overwhelming. I opened window and doors but I was exhausted and wanted to go to bed. lucky i found a mask still in my suitcase i wore to sleep. I bought Lysol to try to tame it down the next day. It got better daily but it was too much. Place was clean, not need to knock you out with Oder. I stayed here a few years back it was a nice place. They are now dated and worn. The walls have touch up paint all over. Looks tacky. Just pain the walls.

The room was very dirty, dust bunnies everywhere, and the appliances need to be upgraded; ex I think every blinds in the rooms had a falling piece that needed to go back in place..

The location and the beautiful lake view, the sunset is especially beautiful to wake up too. The pool was amazing too!

The room was outdated, musty & didn’t feel clean. This however wasn’t a deal breaker, we bought supplies, cleaned our unit & made it livable for our stay. The views did it all, hands down made up for the room!!! We loved it! Adapt, conquer & find the Beauty in this property!! This truly is a gem!

The accommodation was extremely tired and very worn - threadbare carpets and very worn out furniture . Also a very musty smell when entering. We went straight to a store and bought fabric deodoriser!!!

A beautiful place to unwind- great views - amazing pools - super friendly and helpful staff . Especially loved that the hot tub and bar were open until 11pm !!! Very clean apartment with facilities for cooking and washer /dryer too.

Hardly any bedding on the bed in master bedroom, and it was chilly this time of year. Door to bedroom did not latch shut or close at all and couldn’t be locked or closed at all for privacy. Bright light coming into bedroom at all times needs some room darkening curtains or shades to prevent outside light from shining into room.

Extremely close to everything at Disney. You could even see the Epcot ball from the corridor walking to the elevator. Very clean!

Plumbing issues. Toilets had slow leaks and so would refill the tanks every 20 minutes or so. The showers never got hot.

Due to the location of the resort, the traffic in the area was very busy. It was difficult to get into and out of the resort. There were some very minor issues with our room: Handle in main bathroom tub was loose; sink drain plug did not work; TV in living room had a line through the picture; hair dryer in second bedroom did not work. None of these issues had a negative effect on our stay.

The property met all my major expectations: comfort, cleanliness, and quiet. The room was actually larger than I expected. I liked the location in relation to all the things we planned. All the attractions we were visiting were close. There were numerous dining options to chose from in the immediate vicinity.

The tubs in both bathrooms and kitchen sink had tiny ants roaming around the faucets/drains. Water pressure was pretty weak for the tubs/showers.

Beautiful views from the balconies off the living room and master bedroom. Relaxing atmosphere by the pools and wonderful staff at the tiki bar.
