My unit's couch & chair were a bit dated but all other features well equipped (cooking utencils, plates, glassware etc.).

Besides a comfortable value? Convenient to on-site activities (horse shoe, mini-golf, shuffle board, etc) and 4-5 pools, (most heated) and bbq grilles. Front Desk personnel and maintenance/support staff were friendly and helpful.

Parking was an issue, half of the spots were taken by a big dumpster and people were using garbage bins to save their spots. Beds were very uncomfortable and the speed bumps were too big, even going 2 mph felt like an earthquake . I also had to call the property to get my deposit back when things like that are normally automatic, chasing a company for money is never fun.

They shut the water off for repairs during our stay which was not good time since we needed to be ready for an event.

We waited 20 min to be able to check in. No one was at the front desk when we arrived . One day they sit off the water from 10 am to 4pm for repairs that means no toilet, sinks, drinking water etc.

The room was really nice and the facilities were nice. Great family place. Lots of activities for kids.

Towel service . Only allows u 6 towels max n u can only trade them in for fresh ones on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Also I waited for toilet paper over 3 hours

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We requested a first-floor room due to traveling with our baby, and they fulfilled our request without any hassle. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for exploring Orlando. Highly recommended for families!

That we couldn't open the windows in the living room.

The staff and the ground keepers were friendly and also saying hello.The pools were cleaned every morning. The grills were like brand new and that's a big plus when you don't want to eat out every day.

Everyone was wonderful and very helpful.... especially Phillip. We loved the location and our suite was cozy, clean and comfortable. We will certainly be looking to come back!

We had a great experience! Having 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms was extremely convenient for our family. The kitchen is so big and everything was very clean! The furniture could use some TLC, but overall we really enjoyed our stay. We definitely plan on returning!

Room was exactly as pictured. I also checked out YouTube for a video tour, and I am thankful I knew what to expect. The full-size kitchen came with everything you would use at home- utensils, blender, bowls, etc.

I can only speak for my room, it was a little dated (rugs, oppose to some rooms having no rugs, smaller TV’s, some TV’s mounted, some not) but, I didn’t come to hang out at the hotel or critique it. It served the purpose very well, I do believe they are updating as well.

The whole property is immaculate! From the pool area down to the laundry rooms. The staff are very nice, makes you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in to check-in. This resort is absolutely family friendly, the in -house activities makes for a day hanging at the resort much better. I also like how they advertise 24 hr security and you actually see them too! Our family had a great time, so much that we already booked for April 2025!!
