The room service. The phone wasn’t working and the internet not great.

The location was ok but the room been near the main road wasn’t great. The check in took longer than I thought and they first said my reservation for a room with kitchen. Wasn’t on the system. There wasn’t any instructions on how to use the stuff in the room and even though I requested for the rubbish to be taken out of my room and some toilet roll for the bathroom nothing was brought.

Mattress not that comfortable (not the worst, but not great). Light from hallway all night that comes through the space on bottom of door.

PERFECT location (central) and easy to walk to sites and grand central. Staff very helpful. Counter space in bathroom to put toiletries. Decent size room. Great lounge with free coffee and comfy seats. A partial view of Chrysler building.

There was no cleaning for the rooms. When I ask them to clean the room, next day they cleaned it. But you always have to remind it.

There was no breakfast option. In addition, the receptionists were not informed that I had paid for my accommodation and demanded to pay again with a very rude way. Besides, I paid 100$ extra, and they told me that I will receive the money back in the next 2-3 working days. It's already a week and I haven't received my money back yet. Lastly, I arrived in the hotel 11:20 and they asked me to pay 50$ extra if I wanted to go to my room earlier. Even though the room and location were good, I wouldn't choose this hotel again because of its policy.

Very good stay only let down was housekeeping service which we had requested daily for our entire visit however some days due to business they weren’t able to do our room

The location is amazing, grand central, Rockefeller and times square all within walking distance as well as 5th avenue. Room was spacious and clean, staff are very helpful and friendly. We loved the doorman was always polite to me and my friend and made our visit very enjoyable.

- This one goes a bit on me. I thought they would have a restaurant or at least a bar but there is none. - No daily room cleaning servise. That was a surprise to me.. - Room was quiet but not sound proof as you were able to hear people walking next to you room and slamming doors kids in the next too room or some street noices.

- Room was clean and quite new. Enough space for 2 if needed - Small sitting area with table and a clean bathroom - Hair dryer, iron and ironing board and coffee mahine were also there - Watter dispenser with reusable bottles on each floor - Comfy bed
