How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Lighting could be better in the living room area.
Rooms are clean, beds are comfy, shower pressure was good and plenty of hot water, outside room noise was quiet, and breakfast was good. We had a great experience and would stay here again.

The turn trying to get in and out of the property is so crowded. I was very anxious both coming and going to the hotel
I loved the decor, cleanliness, room size, and breakfast. It’s the perfect distance from Disney!

The EXTREMELY HIGH prices for the room offering. You could lower them by at least 20% and have a very reasonable price, especially for those of us with families. The Breakfast area was VERY Packed with a lot of people. You need a LARGER area or expanded area for all the people who stay with you and want to eat between 7:30 and 9:30. It was difficult to find a open table, and move around to get breakfast as there was just too many people.
Location and ease of check in. The facility is in a great location and the staff is very friendly able to help with all inquires.

Breakfast was very basic and I think needs a look at. It was the same thing every day (we were there a week!). Hot choice was basic and cereals were all unhealthy. All sugar coated so disappointing. Bread/bagel selection for toast also was extremely limited. Nice to have a breakfast included but was very very simple.
Room was comfortable and plenty of room for a family of four - separate room with pullout couch was a bonus. The fridge was a good size and coffee making facilities well stocked. Laundry o. 1st and 4th floor was fantastic. Pool was small - but nice to an e. We did not use.

The bathroom fan did not work and was full of dust. The couch was a bit uncomfortable. Extremely hard. Other than that, the rooms was fine for what we needed. Buffet style breakfast was a let down. I thought there would've been more options but it was decent.
I booked the two queen suite for an event the week of May 9th through 12th. It was a good size for the price compared to other locations in the area. The room was clean for the most part. . The grounds were clean and parking was good. The location was great! I was literally 5 minutes away from the Marriott convention center. With traffic, about 10 minutes. Also, I was within minutes from the gas station, grocery store and restaurants. I would stay again if I needed to.

The scent being pumped into the lobby was far too strong. Breakfast was average but it’s complimentary so can’t complain.
Excellent location, great value for money and a huge clean room.

Location and facilities are great! Breakfast was good but could use more variety. Eggs, sausage and potatoes were the main buffet. Still a great deal for the price!

There was a strong perfume scent in the main lobby all the time. I had to cover my nose and mouth going through everyday. No plant based milk option out at breakfast. (However, i Didn't ask the staff if there was one, so there might have been in the kitchen)
Breakfast was great each morning. Staff was super friendly. Kids loved the pool. Room was clean everyday.

The location was great close to everything. The staff was very polite with great customer service skills. The breakfast was also good. This was my 2nd time staying at this location. I will definitely come back AGAIN. Everyone enjoyed themselves.
