Religious and political overtures. (Unexpected 10foot high tablets displaying the 10 commandments, with wall adorned in weirdly placed political documents). The sketchy email th next day, then stating (not on check in) the over the top fee ($200, not 50, not 100, deposit) that they’d be charging and holding up to 4 days after stay has ended. I stay in a lot of hotels, and this over the top fee, for one night stay, felt not only Sketchy, being emailed about it the day after checking in, but also, questionably legal.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. (While the room looked recently remodelers and modern, the fridge seems to have been found at the city dump). Fridges are expensive, so I imagine they’ll replace it eventually.

Occasionally the cable just went out (usually when it rained). Breakfast was fine IAW U.S. standards. For such a large hotel...a single table for 4 people to eat breakfast is sparse.

Hotel right off a main road and easy to access. Room comfortable. Good for short stays.

Would have preferred a better location as there were very limited places to eat nearby. Breakfasdt could have been better.

Nice room with kitchenette. Dublin pub acroos the main road was a very welcoming bar with good food (karaoki was fun to listen to).

It was obvious that the hotel property was a little dated. Cabinets in the bathroom showed some wear and tear. We were given just half a roll of toilet paper for our overnight stay. The breakfast selections were not very good.

The bed was comfortable, which is high priority for me, and the room was very clean, which is also important to me. I was surprised how big the room was, and it has a little kitchenette which was very convenient. Good location for shopping and very close to the Air Force Academy. It is about 8 miles to the "Garden of the Gods" park, and then just a little further is Manitou Springs, where the cog railway to the top of Pikes Peak starts.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable and the key card was a little difficult every now and then.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The hotel overall was clean. It was in a good location. Overall, a great place to stay.

There are a lot of homeless people all around the city. We did have a bit of a scary run in with a homeless man sleeping on a sidewalk we used when returning from picking up supplies from a local store. We avoided using it during the rest of our visit.

Our room was nice, our king size bad was very comfortable, and having the small kitchen with a full size refrigerator was great! We loved our mountain view! The location of the hotel made for easy access to roads and highways for multiple days of taking in the beautiful sights. My husband and I really enjoyed the breakfast provided with the cost of our room. The only day we didn't have breakfast was our last day because of our very early checkout when we left to go home. Thanks for providing a wonderful meal to start our day!

Lighting in the room was very poor. No clock in the room and one side of the bed did t have a night stand to lay my glasses on. The refrigerator made a horrible noise and we had to slam the freezer door to stop it.
