We were there for work and location was very convenient. There is no restaurant, but we appreciated complimentary buffet breakfast in the morning, cheese and wine in the afternoon and coffee machine available round the clock.

The suitcase stand is part of the TV and table station and it is not possible to fully open the suitcase without bumping into the shelf - strange design that is not functional. No vegan options at breakfast at all. However, there is Pret cafe nearby which is vegan-friendly.

Fantastic location within a 3-minute walk to Central Park (despite some noise from Carnegie Hall construction). Very good shower, Rituals branded bathroom supplies, relatively quiet street. Bathrobe was comfortable and AC was new and worked very well. Overall the hotel is new or recently refurnished.

At the time of our stay there was building work being undertaken on Carnegie Hall opposite the hotel so our initial room was noisier than we would have liked. We mentioned this and were relocated without issue. The breakfast area is quite small and can at times become crowded with guests getting breakfast but this was not an issue for us.

The location and price were prime drivers in the choice of this hotel. We wanted to be a short walk from the southern end of Central Park, 5th Avenue, MOMA and Times Square. There are numerous reasonably priced dining options on 56th Avenue or nearby for both breakfast or evening meals. The staff were friendly and helpful. A pleasant touch is a 'happy hour' each evening with complimentary wine and nibbles. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. We liked the 24/7 hot and cold drinks available and nibbles.

The outside noise was a little intrusive at times but manageable as we were on the 16th floor. It might be a problem for rooms on low floors facing the street

Excellent location and very friendly knowledgeable staff. Our room was faultless and exceeded our expectations as it was very spacious ( we booked a King Junior Suite) with floor to ceiling windows.

Location was excellent. Located about a ten min walk from Times Square in a quieter location. A light breakfast was available each day as well as beverages 24/7 and a free wine hour each evening. The property was clean, bright and modern. The staff were friendly and accommodating during my stay.

The shower pressure could have been a little better. Breakfast was OK, but not much on offer. I guess the relatively small room dictates what can be offered.

Shower could have been stronger. There was a burning smell coming from the bathroom on the last day which I couldn't figure out why. None of the above though changed my mind for the hotel.

Location was excellent, room was clean and quiet, bed v comfy, Breakfast was good and wine hour was something that made you feel even more cosy at the hotel and more at home.

One nitpick is that the quality of the breakfast is quite barebones. There’s no variation between days (e.g. there’s only one warm option which was cheese and eggs every day) and the bread was clearly not fresh/repurposed from the day before.

Gorgeous modern room with very comfortable bed. The early evening wine & cheese selections were very good. We didn’t realize this was offered but it was a very nice touch. In addition, the breakfast was perfect - a step above a simple continental!! Very nice coffee machine with many options!

The person that checked us in was very friendly, accommodated me, my husband and elderly mom, by putting her as close as possible to my husband and my room. I felt very welcomed there and would stay again when I am in NYC.

No exercise facility, but it didn’t matter because we walked so much.

Walking distance to Carnegie Hall. Great Greek restaurant next door. Clean, served our purpose.
