The only thing that we didn’t like was the parking garage was full, so we parked across the street.

The furniture in the living area would become uncomfortable for stays longer than a few days. But the lounge has comfortable alternatives for working. The location is very convenient, but about two blocks away from the shops and restaurants. The completion of the new HEB will resolve location issues.

Property is very attractive throughout. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Close to lots of restaurants and bars. Beds are so comfortable. Washer/dryer in the suite was perfect. Nicely decorated. Beautiful hotel. Pool was lovely. Coffee shop on the premises was handy!!

Have to pay for garage parking, otherwise the only free street parking is across a busy four lane road with no crosswalk.

Really nice and clean room, the staff is friendly, and it has a cool looking cafe/lounge area. The room had a full fridge, plates, coffee maker, etc. The bathroom had dual sinks and a spacious walk in shower.

The last time they metered the air conditioning without our knowledge however much better this time - did not touch it! Also, for ice you have to have it delivered, doesn’t feel to be the best set up. The fridge also smells weird.

Such personality while being spacious and comfortable, exactly what we needed when traveling with couples. Everyone had their own space while being able to gather together. So chic!!!

Check in and parking was a bit complicated and congested. If you have an electric car, do not plan on being able to charge for more than a half hour.

The hotel is gorgeous with unique, very detail oriented tidbits everywhere. Great for gatherings and to meet for drinks/dining. Rooms come with a kitchenette, which makes staying convenient.

The Colton House is decorated so beautifully. Everything was very clean and the staff was very accommodating. We loved that the room had a full fridge, sink, dishes, tea kettle, and more for our needs. It was so close to the S Congress shopping and restaurants. The perfect place in Austin.

The beds. That’s all. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was how uncomfortable the beds are. We got up each morning, after tossing and turning and throughout the night, to sore backs and necks. This lead to headaches and pains…we would book again if the mattresses are ever changed out.

The location was great. The staff were friendly. The hotel was super clean. Parking was easy. The price was great.

This hotel is one of the most quiet that I’ve stayed in. Our group received a complaint around 10pm on a Saturday. A game of Heads Up got competitive lol

Great Aesthetic, nice gym facilities and Yoga studio. Front desk Associate was very friendly, very accommodating, even handled a complaint with great professionalism. She was cool, calm and collected. Thank you! Rooms are BEAUTIFUL, two bedrooms are spacious, washer and dryer were a nice surprise.

i didnt know you served breakfast, we did go to the coffee house and the first night they girls were friendly but the second and third morning the gentleman and workers were having a conversation , not engaging in eye contact ,not trying to conversate with us, first night our menu was brought to us the 2nd and 3rd they just told us "menu is over here" it was just a big difference.

i loved the atmosphere and location, rooms setup was good too. the staff was friendly i didnt get a lot of info from front desk initially so i dont know if they had room service or any additional services or amenities other than the coffee shop down in the parlor. the look was amazing. and the rooms were very comfortable.

The beds and pillows were not comfortable. The bed was stiff and the pillows were filled with air and were hard on the body and not adjustable. Softer throw blankets would be great too. Came on a holiday weekend for 3 days and the food truck was not open 2 of them. Enjoyed it the third day but would have loved it at least for 2. Kids wished the pool was heated.

Beautiful property perfect for a family. Loved the set-up. Felts like a condo with some hotel amenities. The children’s area is beautiful and a thoughtful addition. The room amenities were fantastic and made for a smooth trip with kids. We definitely utilized the bath and shower and kitchen!

The room view was to a parking lot and there was no shade to be able to open the windows with some privacy.

Everything was good. Room is amazing, with a lot of space and kitchen features. Self parking for $30 was decent and convenient. It was a 8-10 mns drive to the downtown area.

we were told room service cleaning was once a week only. And that we had a dishwater to clean extra dishware that was taken to our room, but there was no dishwashing machine.

The space was lovely with great touches, had big lobby rooms, cafe, and a great little gym. Room service was quick and accomodating to any request.

There was no restaurant nor coffee in the area… but the coffee / breakfast at the hotel was excellent. There is a supermarket in the area as well in case you want to cook something in your studio.

Very nice hotel, loved the atmosphere especially the garden and the library. Very cool vibe. Studio was clean and large. Nice swimming pool area.

The location wasn’t ideal - would have preferred walking distance to most things, but I also could have mapped out proximity to my places beforehand.

All the staff we interacted with were super nice and helpful. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated and the room was super spacious and clean. The gym and pool area was great!
