Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I didn’t like the breakfast. I had toast and tea. The eggs didn’t agree with my stomach and the coffee wasn’t good. I went to McDonald’s.

United StatesThe room had a highly perfumed air freshener smell when we arrived. We were traveling with a pet, so my first thought was that this was a designated pet friendly room and they were masking a prior pet smell. The smell dissipated over time, but was still present the next morning.
Very easy location, easy walking to Music Row, various music bars, restaurants. Great value - parking and the pet fee are very reasonable. I also like that the complimentary breakfast has a to-order omelet station.

United StatesOur shower seemed to be broken. After calling the front desk for help, someone came and turned the shower head (which didn’t really help) more water came out the faucet then the shower head so there wasn’t any pressure. It took longer than necessary to shower because of this. Would have been nice too to receive more towels than a normal stay because we were there for a week.
The bed was amazing! Probably one of the best and most comfortable for a hotel stay.

United Statescoffee maker was in restroom Tiny room air condition-vent did not move, half of it was blocked by desk. Had to call front desk about ac 5 min into our stay. Maintenance came right away and fixed. Old furniture, two very shallow drawers stayed 3 nights. one early morning housekeeping came to the door to ask if we needed towels, tp or soap. No beds made that day!!

GreeceWe had booked "city view" rooms (we were two groups of people) and were given "corridor view" rooms. The rooms were like spacious dungeons, with almost no natural light. When we went to the reception to ask for the rooms that we had booked, the reception staff told us that they were fully booked, that they had no city view rooms, and that we could "communicate with the third-party provider" (i.e. Booking.com) on the issue. Plus: the rooms were horribly overpriced - 1.258 USD for 2 rooms for 2 nights. 314 $ per room per night!!!

CanadaJust the price was outrageous (we thought) as it was a $10 dollar uber drive to Broadway.
The beds were great. Breakfast was super (omelette station, waffles and pancakes a bonus). The showers were unpredictable between 9 and 10 am (cold and warm). Other than that fantastic. The spa chairs in the lobby were enjoyed after a long day boot scooten around. And the chocolate bowl in the lobby was a nice treat. They also let us store our luggage as we had a late flight
