There could've been a better variety for the breakfast. The pool area needed help as in cleanliness and smelled like mold.

The fact that they did not have extra towels and if you wanted some you had to wash them yourself and the charge to use the washer and dryer for their towels. They used to much chlorine in the pool that after a while it starts to burn your eyes.

reception as Corridors that could certainly use a little bit of “TLC” especially corridors gloomy and corridor carpets that are due a deep clean, and minor things that drag down overall hotel aesthetics (as one example a room number sign that was printed on a pc of paper and stuck to the side of the door with duct tape you could probably get the numbers at the dollar store and stick to the for a more professional appearance) a little things that can be improved. On a major level a indoor swimming pool that is covered in droplets of condensation from the entrance door handle to the entire ceiling and even in the toilet flush handle dripping with droplets of water and a pool that was dirty! I understand this is more of “working man’s” overnight hotel but can certainly be improved with a little hallway cleaning

Not enough towels and blankets in rooms. Breakfast bar closed earlier than told and advertised. Husband went down snd brought me bsck food to room as i took care of baby and then headed back to get food for himself. All food was in the trash and bar was getting wiped up. He was disappointed at was barely 9:30 and we were told 10 am at check-in. Felt rushed to get checked out when we still had over an hour because they knocked on door twice while I was feeding baby and loading up suitcases.

Friendly staff. Ease of check in. Nice variety on breakfast bar. Rooms are nice size.

Would like to see more choices, such as bagels, croissants, pastries, etc. The facilities was somewhat outdated and could use some upgrades to enhance the overall experience. The hotel amenities are pretty good and the enhancement of the hot breakfast will serve to boost favorability.

It was good to have the option of a hot breakfast within the hotel. It was a convenient option that we considered when choosing this facility. This kept us from leaving the hotel in search of a good breakfast.

1st room smelled like smoke. Small roach in the shower. I killed it, you’re welcome. I also understand it’s hard to control them.

The kind front desk associate was helpful in changing my room when the first one smelled heavily of smoke.

Sunday there was church service going on in the conference room, which is fine but no one told us and it was very loud and woke us up. And the weekend breakfast was great but on Monday, no eggs no meat, no protein at all.

Location is in the middle of everything, but there was lots of construction on the road and parking lot.

The toilet over flowed in the king suite that we booked online. We got moved to another room that was supposed to be a queen suite, but it looked like a double. I felt like I should have got a discount since the room change was a downgrade from what I booked.

In the king suite that we booked, everything but the toilet was great. The toilet was clogged. In the downgraded "queen" suite, the bed was comfortable.

When we came back to the room from an event. I thought that I would be able to watch TV until I got sleepy but it didn't have a signal so that sort of disappointed me. But everything else was great.

Told me if I wanted to book a night I have to use third party because of virtual card book through third-party show up they still want a card on file physical card don't have went to go book again after my initial reservation was done and couldn't get it to book through third party for some reason and she was able then to use my virtual card with no problem two different employees I don't want them to get in trouble cuz I had great customer service but policies should not be made that you can't check in without a physical card. Also there was a lot of ants in my room and I did complain about it they didn't even respond when I mentioned it but the cleaning lady she is so sweet here she's really awesome I spent Easter alone without my family and is crying didn't realize it was past check out time and they didn't pound on my door and make me feel all like I was doing something wrong
