How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

There are absolutely no restaurants close by. I had to drive 2-3 miles for fast food. The surrounding neighborhood was somewhat run down. That is my main criticism. Even with that, I would return
The staff, location, and Park and Ride were the reasons I stayed at this facility twice. I would stay there again

Some refurbishing and updating (carpet)
The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. Loved the bed and pillows! The park and ride feature was a huge help. I stayed at the facility twice and both times I was treated well.

Housekeeping took towels and did not replace right away. I went to front desk to ask for towels and was told housekeeping would bring them Later. I stated I needed them now and desk attendant seemed irked I was persistent in getting towels. Hot tub was on one night and not the others. Pool was not heated.
Breakfast was great and made for a good start to day. Rooms were clean and quiet. Staff in all areas were wonderful

Excellent room and comfortable beds. The staff at the reception were very kind and helpful. There is a shuttle from the hotel to airport. It is a great value for money. The location is very close to airport (15 minutes drive) and downtown Orlando (20 minutes). There are decent fast food restaurants nearby.

The pool is not very nice at all :(
We loved the size of the room. Very big, perfect for a big family! Also the airport shuttle and included breakfast were excellent.

Pillows are hard.
Wally (at the front desk) was a great help! Nice size room. Breakfast with lots of choice. Delicious OJ and coffee. Free shuttle from airport at late hours.

I wish it had more activities and restaurants within walking distance. We were $20.00 away from an activity center (Cab Prices) - International BLVD where we could have seen a movie, dine in and bar choices. We would have spent $40-$50 more just for transportation. This is not a knock on the hotel - we were just in town for one day with no car. This is only my wish list. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is in your area, or needs a place to stay the night for a Cruse Ship Vacation (before, after - or both).
Free Shuttle to Hotel, Free Shuttle to Airport. Friendly Staff, Great Room, Free Internet, Fantastic Breakfast. We came off a cruse ship and needed to stay one night. Very close to the airport and free transportation is the main reason for this location. There is a Wendy's, Taco Bell, Popeye's, 7 Eleven, Gas Station with snacks & Beer and a Hispanic restaurant within walking distance. Small selection, but great for one day's needs.

We were in Room 205. The noise from the elevator woke me up each time it was used. We had an early morning flight and I slept 1 1/2 hours worse night ever.

The vending machines were unplugged or didn’t work so you had to buy bottled water or beverages from the front desk. The pillows were oddly shaped/small.
Location is very convenient so close to the airport. The room was large and very comfortable. Mini fridge to keep water cold. Large bathroom for getting ready in the morning. Amazing breakfast station the ability to make my own fresh waffle among the rest of the selection of goodies was great.

Albeit the shuttle service was very necessary for choosing to stay here, it would have been nicer if the shuttle could fit more passengers or have more than one vehicle.
During our vacation we stayed here as well as some 4 star resorts. For the value and cleaniness, Comfort Suites outperformed them all. We appreciate the free coffee and breakfast too! We booked again on our way back when our flight was cancelled. Rooms had everything we needed.
