Only issue we had was the limited access to drinking water with just one fountain on the third floor. A minibar in the room would be good!

The furniture in the room could be a bit modernized and moquette substituted.

Great location for first time visit in NYC or for business. Rooms are very large for NY standards and bed very comfy.

Not my favourite neighbourhood but was there for work so no choice. The Concorde Hotel was the redeeming quality!

Great hotel! Huge rooms for Manhattan with great bathrooms and love that there was daily housekeeping which I find is more rare in the city. Great staff, always smiling at the front desk and very helpful.

The hotel wash well fitted out, modern. The staff were friendly throughout. This is a great location for a leisure stay. Great location. 5 mins from Central Park. Very nice area to stroll around.

The only downside was the screaming kid next door, but apart from that our overall experience was perfect.

It was not possible to change the preset room temperature. 2 lifts for a 40 floor hotel mean that at peak times you may have wait for quite a while until a lift arrives ...

My hotel-of-choice for trips to NYC: Excellent location in walking distance to Central Park and to the E Train to JFK, functional, spacious and light filled room with a wonderful view, efficient and friendly staff. Fast WI-FI, the Nespresso-coffee maker and the above-average fitness center are bonus points. Not cheap, but good value for money ...

Absolutely nothing……..

Simply AMAZING hotel, room was exactly as we booked, and when we arrived late evening on the first night and I had a bit of a wobble about being on the 30th floor, Hotel were so understanding and moved us to an available room exactly the same on the 19th floor. I just loved all the windows so you felt like you were truly experiencing being in the Big Apple from the comfort of your bed. Was immaculately clear and housekeeping tended to be early afternoon on our floor and did an outstanding job. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. One thing I hadn’t expected was a kettle in the room as well as a coffee maker, which was brilliant as I do like a good cuppa. Bed really comfortable, not too hard or soft, and 2 pillows each of different firmness to accommodate preferences. Floor 3 is also open access to guests to get hot drinks, ice water and extra beverage supplies for room if needed. This was a trip that was originally booked in 2020 but postponed due to the pandemic, we were originally going to stay at a different hotel but I am so pleased their prices rocketed and the Concorde New York remained reasonably priced for a 4 Star, it was worth every $. I often think how lovely the places and hotels I have stayed in are and think I’d love to go back, but I can honestly say that this is the first hotel I’ve stayed at where I’m going to make sure I do everything it takes to come back and stay again, hopefully in exactly the same room because it’s most definitely for me, all about the windows and view. I enjoyed my coffee at the patio every morning, but I believe the complementary breakfast options could be better. A buffet would be a great addition.

I am a regular visitor at the Concorde Hotel and I enjoy my stay every time. The location is super convenient. Staff is very nice and helpful, the rooms are very clean. A lady at the reception helped me with my taxi reservation and luggage storage.

The room is bigger than average NYC hotels. Minimalist and fairly new. Very comfortable and clean. I was worried about staying on the 26th floor and having to wait for the elevator too long, but I had no problem with it during my 4-night stay. The breakfast options were great for my taste. Great value for the area.

Check in is at 3pm. I arrived at 12pm, was told check in was only at 3pm however other people who arrived after me could check in. I was unwell and flew 14hrs. only when I asked then they magically had a room available.

The only draw back was the thermostat was inconsistent but it was manageable (by opening the window to cool the warm temperature in our room).

Oh, I love the location of this hotel. It is close to Central Park & Rockefeller Center, as well as Grand Central Terminal. Our room was clean, comfortable & spacious. It has lots of windows which drew it the beautiful sunlight. The staff was as very kind, courteous & very helpful with recommendations & directions.

Very nice property Midtown east, close to all in the area and Grand Central Station, not too large nor crowded, 4 rooms per floor, rooms reasonably spacious for NYC, very clean, nicely appointed, staff super friendly and helpful, nice clientele, restaurant small and a bit slow but good for breakfast and dinner.

no closet space for clothes (we were 2) Rooms made-up quite late, just when we wanted to rest after lunch.

The room was nice and the bed very comfortable. The bath room was spacious and the shower very good.
