Hotel is a little dated but otherwise clean

The fact that you had turkey sausage made my day since we do not eat pork. It was delicious as was the waffle. Location was fantastic

The lock on my door was stuck. It was very hard to use the room key. I had to change keys once and even then had to get the cleaning staff to open the door for me.

Location was very convenient. The staff was very helpful. The room was perfect size for us.

The pool and hot tub were cold. It seemed like the heater wasn’t working!

Breakfast was perfect before heading to Colonial Williamsburg! The beds were comfortable and lots of pillows. We were happy with the location. It was a quick trip to the visitor center!

I did not like that the lights on the back parking lot did not work, so everyone had to jam up in the front or along the side.

Plumbing needs upgrades, stairwell needs some work. Bannister is loose, carpet old. Place had a septic odor.

Back splash & granite ctr tops were nice in bathroom, just tub and plumbing needs work. Ice machine wasn't working.

The cleanliness of the room was not great. I have stayed at Country Inn and Suites in about 10 different states and this one was the worse. Our bathroom door was warped and was hard to open or close. The shower curtain would not stay closed and kept opening during showers. The ceiling tiles in the morning breakfast area were water stained. The hotel just looked like it was not well maintained. I did have to wait about 5 minutes to get help when checking in due to the fact that no one was at the check in counter.

The location was great. We were able to walk to Colonial Williamsburg.

Breakfast was kinda blah compared to other places we have stayed. The bathroom in our room was awfully tiny. When you opened or closed the door it was difficult. When opening the door it all but brushed against the toilet. My son hit my head with the door knob attempting to come .

I liked the double beds & fold out sofa. It gave my son options on where to sleep. He chose the sofa bed. He said it was comfy. Which was great! It gave my husband & I privacy.

Whirlpool didn’t work. 👎🏼 Room door hardly opened. We had to wiggle handle and push and enter and re-enter key numerous times until it finally opened. Shower had mold around drains and faucet. Sink had mold around rim. Shower curtain didn’t stay closed. Kept sliding open on both ends.

Staff was very nice. Hotel was convenient to where we were visiting. Breakfast area was nicely stocked and was very clean. Coffee pots were always full.

Cookie cutter hotel. Constant problems getting in the room due to keys not working. Shower curtain was falling causing water everywhere. The hot tub jets were not working.

It was hard to get into the room. The key card worked, but the handle made it hard to get the door latch to open right away. It seemed to stick or not want to let loose so to speak.
