Did not see any breakfast. Don't think they had a breakfast or any food. There was no info on the hotel in the room and no info on sights to see.

There was little not to like. If I had to pick something it's that I found a piece of candy on the floor underneath a chair that might have been missed by the cleaning staff but honestly everything else was near spotless.

I enjoyed the rooms being clean, comfy and silent, great for a good night's rest. The bathrooms have rain showers and they're some of the best showers in any hotels I have stayed at. Furthermore, the staff at reception is very accomodating and professional. Finally for the hotel to be just a few blocks away from the Moynihan train hall makes it a great fit for passing through the city and staying the night and then returning to catch the next train.

Everything was great!

We didn't visit the onsite cafe, but the area around the hotel is filled with great restaurants. The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated, the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Will definitely stay here again!

No bench or wall to sit outside first thing in the morning and drink the first cup of coffee.

Attentative fronte desk staff..no waiting..clean..room ready..comfortable wait areas for after check in..secured luggage after check out to allow for walk before travel..easy location close to harbor and good food and drinks..queen beds a bonus and soo comfortable..spacious bathroom..wonderful coffee shop 5 steps out.

The gym was closed and we couldnt workout the enitre time there. We also didnt like that there was no microwave.

The hotel was very nice. It was within walking distance to Time Square. Very clean, quiet, great city view, staff was amazing. We arrived around 10am. Check in wasn’t until 4pm. Staff upgraded our room for free and allowed us access to our room immediately instead of waiting until 4pm.

We had to have our hotel room key swapped out multiple times a day due to not being able to get into our room. We had theee keys and it was an issue with all of them.

Location was fantastic and coffee baristas were great.

We are generally unhappy with the New York Hotels policy of no complimentary water bottles. Thankfully, as a late night emergency measure, the hotel secured a bottle of water for us at our request to charge it to the room.

Good location, close to some nice eateries, staff was of great help with booking taxis and helping with request for amenities. We had a lovely view of the skyscrapers and streets from our room. Great ambience.

Would have liked the hotel to have shower room / facilities that guests could use post check out but before travelling home . This would have been very useful for late flights .

A nice modern hotel with was situated in a very convenient part of the city for what we had planned to visit during our stay . Friendly staff .

I stayed in a room in front of the ice machine in the hallway and it was super loud everytime someone went to get some ice. But that was just a minor inconvenience

I honestly can't think of anything! Of course it is expensive, it is Manhattan after all. But I think this was exceptional compared to other similarly priced hotels in the area!!

This hotel is SO fancy for the price point, I was not expecting that! The rooms were exceptionally comfy, the bathroom had a rain shower head and was AMAZING! The staff were also out of this world, everyone I interacted with was absolutely wonderful. We even accidentally left something in our room, and we were able to get it located and get it back! The value compared to other types of hotels in the area is crazy!!

The ice machines on the floor above and floor below weren't working.

I loved that it was close to Hudson Yards, Starbucks, Daily Provisions and Russ and Daughters. Parking was also convenient

Slow service at dinner. I was the only person in the restaurant and the waiter forgot about me for a while. The manager saw me and took my order. From there, it was fine. Friendly staff. Food was good.

I absolutely loved the fact that maid service made my bed and cleaned the room while I was out. So many hotels/motels have dropped this service. No breakfast included. However, I was able to buy (affordable) yogurt in the restaurant and couple it with coffee from the room. So no problem. Prior to leaving home, I explored transportation options from JFK. All were unreliable and expensive. Finally I called the hotel itself. They recommended a service--LUXE BLACK CAR--and booked me directly based on my intended arrival time at JFK. The car service monitored my arrival, so even though I was late, they were there for me. They guided me to the curbside pickup (not an easy feat in an unfamiliar airport). The return trip (same service) was punctual, efficient and professional. I can't speak highly enough of this service.
