Cost is high for no breakfast included, sofa bed had badly stained mattress and the bar and springs of the sofa bad were digging into side and back also huge dip/hole in the middle of the sofa bed mattress. Chips were in the sofa bed. Refrigerator did not work. Miss having microwave in room as well. The price per night is excessively high for the condition and lack of free hot breakfast. Staff is great but hotel needs updating and a cost overhaul. Used to be we could stay the weekend for approx. 270.00 for a family of 5...that isn't the case anymore and it isn't easy to take a mini vacation or extended stay at the high cost and still have to buy breakfast as well as other meals. Would be great to see that weekend getaway cost of 270.00 come back again. Would encourage more ppl to travel and stay here.

The bistro was a bit expensive. The pool temperature was too cold and pool surround was extremely slippery.

The woman working at the bistro was incredible. She made me a couple of burgers at a few minutes prior to close time and had an amazing attitude and willingness to do it. Then 8 or so hours later I came down to the bistro to get a coffee and she was working again and again had a great attitude and was pleasant. I appreciate her hard work and good attitude. I hope your company recognizes that she’s an amazing person.

pool was to far of a walk from the room, and had to call and ask for covers and pillows for pullout. paid two of the exact same rooms but one had balcony other didn’t . and have paid this price for much bigger room with free breakfast in the morning.

The rooms definitely need an update. Our room was clean to a point, there’s spots that seem to have been neglected over the years. Lots of dust, hair & crumbs were caught on the bed skirt behind the bed. The grout in the bathroom was dirty and even crumbling in some spots. I had to wear slippers any time I went in there. It looked and felt like an old room. The indoor/outdoor pool was very nice, but the rock flooring at the outside area hurt my feet and was hard to walk on (it could just be me, but i wanted to give the heads up!)

Very close to Busch Gardens and was pretty cheap for it’s location. Our room was on the first floor so it had a sliding door to access the back patio and pool area which was so convenient. Staff was friendly and attentive.

I felt like the price was a little bit high. I've definitely stayed in that area for less. Being spring break. I didn't have a lot of choices. And also would like to have a macaroon microwave in the room. And there's no coffee or tea in the lobby.

The gentleman at the front desk when I checked in that would have been last Tuesday night, was amazingly kind and helpful. And then Felicia and Kathy as well as the cook at the bistro are just so pleasant and helpful. Also overall the staff was amazing and I highly recommend staying at courtyard Williamsburg if you're going to Busch Gardens.

Sleep sofa in our room was terrible to sit on! That left just one chair and the bed to sit on. Boo!

Breakfast menu was very satisfying. Staff was excellent! Amenities were satisfactory. Close to theme parks we visited.

The bed was very firm, uncomfortable. The pillows were nice but you need multiple to have support. You only get 3 on a bed and I needed 2-4 myself just to get comfortable. The pool area indoor was ok, the floor was dirty so of course all of that ended up in the pool. I got the net and cleaned the pool myself so we didn’t have all that floating around us and getting in our hair and bathing suits. The hot tub was nice but also dirty and I cleaned it. The staff was nice BUT wasn’t always at the desk so you had to say hello to get their attention to be serviced.

We didn’t try the breakfast because it was super expensive. We ended up at Chick-fil-A for breakfast. The room was clean, well maintained.

The only thing was the outdoor door wasn't open. The pillows were awful and the bed was uncomfortable to sleep on.

The room was nice and the staff were very friendly. I liked how close it was to where we needed to go.
