The door that separates the room was broken off the hinges, and every time we would open the refrigerator the door would fall. Luckily we didn’t have any kids because that would have been a hazard. Also one of the air conditioning units didn’t work as good which was the one in the back

Noise was bad. You will not get any housekeeping don't bother asking best bet steal off the cart. Management doesnt give a sh*t. If I ever went back I would not stay there I would probably pay more for a better place

if you get balcony room you have nice view of ocean but expect more noise. They rooms were alright for the price they had some upgrades, Had fridge, microwave. and rooms were good size. Its an old hotel you get what you pay for

The air conditioner was very loud and had broken components. The building and room smelled funky and felt dirty. The bed sheets made my husband itch, which did not occur in other hotels we stayed at during our trip through several states.

The view of the beach from our room was amazing!

Terrible breakfast options! Cereal, waffles, toast, milk ,coffee. That was it. No muffins or fresh fruit. Something a person could grab and go. Plus it didn't open till 7:30.

Location was good. Able to walk to quite a few places. Didn't spend much time there so it served the purpose of a place to stay and put my stuff.

Hotel could use some improvements. Not too clean. Hallways are smelly and elevator condition is deplorable.

Although the room was fairly cleaned, we feel that there could be some improvements.

It was nice to have the hotel close to the beach and fun attractions. It was very fun and convenient. The room itself was alright and did the job.

The elevator felt like a death trap and beyond disgusting.. the room was outdated, and there was mold..

The room was big and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Walking distance to the ocean..

There was no housekeeping due to "covid," so no one came to bring clean towels. Being right on the beach, so sand was everywhere. It would have been nice to have the floor swept. The elevator was scary looked like it hadn't been cleaned in Ages.

Roaches crawling up the wall, the elevator messed up on us on the last day and needed servicing, there was also urine in the elevator. The carpet and outside to the rooms were dirty, and the elevator was dirty. The house keepers were not friendly when we requested for extra towels. The bathroom was way too small and the fan in there didn't work. Noisy neighbors.

The bed was comfortable, and the A/C was good. The front Office Staff were friendly. The pool was clean. Also, front lobby was clean.

The front desk wasn't very friendly when I checked in. The breakfast was a joke. Parking was tight.

The cleaning staff was nice. I asked for a broom to sweep up the sand in my room, and the lady in the laundry room was very nice and told me to keep it till the next day.

The elevator was a moving death trap! It looks like it hasn't been serviced or anything in about 10 years, the top of it is falling apart and everything. It shakes and rattles and jumps.. the kids were terrified. The parking lot is very small as well.

The room was very clean and nice in the inside. The balcony was kind of crappy but room itself was great.
