Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

An excellent hotel with spacious rooms. The bathroom has a small sink, but overall it's good. The beds are comfortable, our room was very quiet, and the hotel's cleanliness is very good. The staff were attentive, friendly, and willing to help. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but if you have a car, it's very easy to reach. Breakfast is good, nothing extraordinary, but everything is tasty.

Room size a bit small. It was more narrow than normal. The bathroom sink space was a little small as well. It was manageable. It was just me and my husband But not a dealbreaker. I would stay again. If you have family it may be a bit tight.
Rooms were clean. Staff was amazing very friendly and helpful. The complimentary adult beverages and the evening food. Breakfast was great! And complimentary!

Probably the breakfast, they could offer something different than the rest of the hotels. Besides that, they gave us a room in the first floor and the room was kind of expensive to be honest… I feel like we paid too much for what we received…
It was comfortable, and they were nice at the lobby.

TV remote was a replacement and did not have GUIDE button on it; as such...no way to see what's on or available to watch. Had to scroll through all channels every time.
Great facilities; laundry and exercise rooms on site. Plenty of parking out back for RV's and towed trailers; entire parking lot is fenced and secure. Spectacular breakfast....SO many options.

Well, there were no carts available when we checked in. We are seniors now, and the carts are very helpful.
We usually stay here when we come to Austin. The location suits us perfectly.

nothing. All was good.
Free evening snack was unexpected and it was good and it was like early dinner. The quality of breakfast , evening snacks were all good. 24X7 hot water for tea, coffee, juice was available. Staff were courteous and helped for late check out. This was ideal place to stay for visiting UT Austin. My wife and son loved this place. Will definitely recommend to friends and will stay here next time when we are in town. Rooms were clean.

I love their suites. It is always quiet and the staff is amazing. The location is about 8-14 min from downtown which is ideal. Love happy hour and breakfast too!

The bedroom could use a little better lighting and the AC vents aim the air right across the bed where it would be better to have it circulate higher or be able to direct it to one's liking so that it's not blowing right in your face at night.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and the 5:30-7 p.m. daily food and beverage that was included was great with a lot of selection and the breakfast also had a lot of selection.

We have stayed at many Drury Inns, the behaviour of the Manager at the kickback bar in this one was weird. She refused to allow you to get a drink intended for someone else... So everyone had to go up one by one, even when they had their meal at a table, she made people feel uncomfortable. There was an elderly couple seated at the table closet to the bar....even they weren't allowed to get each other's drinks, even though they were 6 feet from her and talking to her.... Really strange, and not done at any other Drury Inns. This one didn't have enough seating for breakfast or kickback...breakfast was a bit bland and basic.
Well placed for travel into Austin, room was a decent size and staff friendly.

There was no info in my room or online about the amenities and what times they are available in the room. I had to call the front desk and ask where the fitness room was.
I was greeted warmly at the front desk. The place was well staffed. The staff also appeared to be very happy.
