The hotel itself needs a little work. My cable wasn't working and i expressed this to the maintenance guy. I didn't have cable the whole 2 days of my stay.

The floor always felt wet. I almost slipped and fell a couple of times. I couldn't put my toddler down to walk around because the floor was damp all the time

AC was broken my Kids were a little hot. I was so Lucky that Day was cool so no Big deal. And tbe couch had many stains that can be removed and the toilet paper holder was broken. But the price is very good so the only problem was really the AC.

I liked the stuff. They were reasonable with rooms because the one I was assigned was smelling with cigarretes and tbe stuff changed right away. The following Day the lady Who speaks Spanish was very nice and attentive. Room was clean beds very clean except tbe couch was with many stains but i did not use it Only dissapointed for the AC. Breakfast was good.

Cleanliness of the room, the door was broken. The latch cover that locks the door was broken and I had to fix it every time I opened or left the room. The door between the rooms made for a load experience with the neighbors.

Location was great. Close to all the restaurants and interstate. We didn’t have breakfast there.

They had oatmeal fresh fruit jimmie Dean sandwiches, bagels with cream cheese waffles orange apple cranberry juice. For the price it was comfortable and nicer than we thought it would be.

There was no food available at breakfast, especially on weekdays. There should be food provided every day. Additionally, the TVs are not working properly. The cable signal is lost or channels can not be switched.

The staff were always trying to help at all times. It was a very friendly place for pets and I appreciated that a lot.

Tile floor in room. Heater/Air Conditioner didn’t work. Not enough electrical outlets in room for medical C-PAP machines. Very noisy, rained all night, water pouring over gutters and splash right in front of our room.

Did not like the staff was not all that friendly would never stay at this property ever again

I’m a senior they put me all the way up on the third floor the steps were right there. It was easier to go up and down the steps. They said there’s an elevator but the elevator is all the way at the other end of the property it means I would have to walk all the way down to the elevator go up walk all the way back there’s plenty of empty rooms on the first and second floor. They could’ve put me on the low floor. I requested a lower floor and they did not, meet my expectations also twice my key card went out after I walked all three flights up. I had to walk three flights back down go back to the office have the key card reactivated it walk all the way back up. I’m a senior I can’t be walking up and down the steps like that. It’s ridiculous that they will put me on the third floor.

The room smelled moldy, I asked for clean towels and they never came..There were spiders popping up in the room and people hanging around outside of the hotel..
