The floor in the room was very dirty when we arrived and housekeeping did not clean the room during our stay at all.

I think they forgot which rooms were booked- someone had a keycard for my room and opened my door at 230am, much to both of our surprises. The sink was very very small Vending machine was out of all drinks

Bed was very comfortable, staff at front desk was very nice.

We stayed in the room on the second floor. If you're seeking tranquility, it's best to forget about it until 11pm due to the continuous bass music from the cafe on the first floor.

The location is the standout feature, with convenient parking and a welcoming staff adding to the positive experience.

Beautiful 1920's building, walking distance to Lake Eola and downtown Orlando. At the brewery/restaurant in the same building 2 drag queens were hosting a bingo night on Tuesday, lots of fun! The hotel offers a self-service breakfast buffet, very convenient and more choice than expected.

The mattress. You lay down and practically sink to the bottom. Our last stay we didn't have a bad mattress, but this one was not good at all.

They are always friendly. We have stayed here before. Rooms are the perfect size and love the shower!

The building is obviously older and has a little bit of a musty smell. Rooms are small and bathroom lighting isn’t great. Air conditioner could’ve been colder

Cost effective and centrally located, with super attentive staff and a pretty nice little complimentary breakfast spread

The furniture is old and some things are broken but that goes along with the pricing. Unlike many hotels in this price range it is very clean.

It is an old hotel with a lot of character. Great location for events near downtown Orlando and is priced reasonably. Right across the street from Lake Eola which is a beautiful park to take a walk.

Room had no curtains just Miami blinds which did not keep the light out. Even though we were there for two nights there was no housekeeping, not even to clear the trash.

Nice little hotel.. breakfast options were plentiful and available until late morning. Staff was extremely accommodating. Room was confortable and clean.

I was apparently the only person on the entire place who wasn't part of a wedding party. The folks with that party had 0 consideration and came back late, loud and partying into 3am. So not much sleep was had. This is such a cute establishment. I was disappointed to see outdated/worn furniture and fixtures. The show door handle was broken, the blinds on the back door were destroyed, lots of scuffs and painting needed. Dirty carpets in the halls and srairs.

THE STAFF. The staff were so so friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, 2 minute walk to lake eola. Bed... albeit very high/ hard for a short person to get into, it was comfortable.
