The room was wonderful, you feel that everything was chosen carefully from toiletries and minibar items to furniture and tech tools. The staff were very responsive. The facilities were excellent.

the gym and fitness facilities. it is used by gym members and has a very professional feel to it. so its not for someone that wants to relax at the pool and chill. the service in the gym is not the same kind and accommodating service as in the hotel.

They provide a steamer to iron your clothes. I prefer to use an iron and had to request one.

that the kids are not allowed in the pool at the hotel. i understand outdoor pool being the hang out place for adults but indoor pool was always empty and would have loved for my kids to swim there

Super good place, coolest gym in a hotel ever. Very nice rooms. Unfortunately no own restaurant or bar, which means as a hotel guest you need to wait to get a table in the restaurant or at the bar, that is in the building and they tell you that it is a different company and you have no privileges as a hotel guest. Valet service really unfriendly. Rest of the hotel team super nice and great.

The staff was hands down AMAZING! We only stayed for two days and they truly made us feel at home! TJ, Alliana, Kevin, Robbie, and Dan are some memorable names and interactions! There were many more, just didn’t get the names—however—all so accommodating and warm! Don’t get me started with what I call the ‘Shower Power’ in the room...lol! Everything was clean, comfortable, and the VIEW! Food was amazing at the Electric Lemon and room service for breakfast was excellent! Every space of the hotel is immaculate...This is a place where you go for a true experience! Next time we’ll try out more of the amenities for sure! We will absolutely go back to stay at this destination no matter what our purpose/business is in the city. Worth every penny!

I did not like how crowded it did get at the pools, either the indoor and outdoor. The indoor pool was not well maintained as well as the service was lacking. Overall, it was good experience.

The room was quite small, no comfortable place to work, two fairly small queen size beds, no bath tub.

For the price, I’d expect service and amenities similar to the Four Seasons or similar, as it was, it was only fair at best. The bed was not great. You had to ride two separate elevators just to get out, and there was a decent wait. You felt more like you were being hosted by an iPad and a generic voice on a phone. There is no lobby, so everything - the experience - feels detached and impersonal - more like an apartment with a disinterested doorman.

The view and location are excellent! The workout classes as you’d imagine since this is what they have been known for, are AMAZING.

The fact that the hotel didn’t have any space to spend time away from our room. The bar was always booked and was not family friendly.

The staff at the reception did not meet the level of customer service I expected. They were nice but for that kind of hotel and price I expected them to be a bit more helpful.
