I really loved everything. If I would criticize anything would be that it is off of a busy road, so traffic is terrible, but the traffic problem seems to be all of Orlando.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was exceptionally clean. The hotel has a relaxing vibe, and the staff really goes the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. It is all the little things that add up like housekeeping coming twice a day to clean your room. The fresh flowers in the room. The sound of flowing water upon entering the room. The wonderful scents throughout the hotel. The front desk getting me a beverage. The smiling welcome faces. I could go on and on, but I will definitely be coming back.

The temperature control on the shower was extremely poor - probably the most frustrating shower I've ever used. Either boiling hot water or freezing cold.

There were espresso machines in the rooms but there was no big coffee pot available downstairs like most hotels have. I found that disappointing.

Although beautifully luxurious, the hotel restaurant was somewhat overpriced for the routine breakfast/lunch/pool snack meals. Paying $50 for a drip coffee for 2 and a single croissant with egg, bacon and avocado seems a bit of a stretch. Dinner is a very different story, as the mixology and more extensive menu are a truly special treat and worth every penny.

The hotel is a beautiful oasis, comfortably outside of all the attractions and yet within an easy driving distance to everything that makes Orlando a family destination. The hotel is beautiful, elegant and smells divine. The pool is an ideal place to let your feet recover from all the theme park walking and the frozen grapes are such a unique and special touch. The service and staff are incredibly accommodating and friendly! Overall phenomenal!

Food options are quite limited and very expensive. If they had some more value priced options I would have spent more on food at the hotel, instead I went outside to eat.

From the moment you walk in it’s a haven of calm and tranquility. Rooms are lovely and luxurious. Restaurant is fab.

Chic stylish decor, comfort, the only contemporary and sophisticated property I know in Orlando. The owner stopped by to talk to us, making sure we are comfortable. Each visit she does that. Highly recommend it!

The breakfast included in the price requires more variety for the charged price. The a la carte option I found it the same : expensive for what is offered.

All prices in the USA went up and the US becomes expensive. The breakfast changed to buffet. The ommelet was not very hot. The food is excellent but not cheap.

Very good hotel, with nice flowers, always a beautiful dress on display. I like everything in the hotel. Not a crazy disney thing but just a no nonsense hotel that has taste for design.
