My husband complained about the pillows on the bed. They were very flat even when he doubled it. There were three pillows on the bed. I had two so I was good. :)

The location was great and close to Epcot. The staff was very friendly at check-in and check-out. The breakfast buffet staff were kind. The food options were good with the Mickey waffles! The gym was clean, the basketball court was nice too! The pool was open till 11:00 with a bar open the whole time. I would definitely stay here again.

Other guests staying in the hotel were a bit inconsiderate of others, opening and closing doors repeatedly early in the morning and the person staying next to us tried to get into our room at like 3 in the morning, they must have gotten mixed up. Not the hotels fault at all, but did make the stay a bit less good.

Very modern hotel, staff were nice, breakfast was great, pool was awesome. They also offer a free bus to the parks now which was a great bonus.

I have no complaints at all.

My whole experience was fantastic. The staff was very helpful with every enquiry I had, and the room was very clean. We traveled from Missouri all the way to Orlando for Disney World, and this was the best cleanest room on our way. Big ups to the staff most definitely.

I didn’t like that they advertised their pool as climatized, but it felt more suitable for penguins than guests due to how cold it was!

I enjoyed my stay at the property due to its pleasant ambiance, spotless cleanliness, the welcoming and helpful staff, and the excellent inclusion of a great breakfast!

The room had a smell like humidity I think was the AC. The breakfast was not tasty. Location very good, room size was ok. The room is not cleaned every day, we stayed 4 days and just the 3rd day the room was cleaned.

The only thing that I was disappointed about was the fact the ice machine wasn't working on my floor, which was 2nd floor, the whole length of my stay. The fact that I had to go to another floor was completely unacceptable.

The hotel was conveniently located in a great place. Only 15 mins from Magic Kingdom, which was great. The free breakfast was good. The bar food was good as well. The staff was nice and friendly.

Felt a bit wrong to be charged parking and if you end up with an interconnected room can hear a fair bit from your neighbours but minor grumbles it really is a great hotel

This place is amazing! It is super close to the parks with only a 15 min distance. The breakfast has so many options and worth every penny. The beds were the most comfortable beds i have ever slept on. the room was big enough for 4 people and the bathroom was awesome.

I don't love that parking wasn't included with our stay, but I understand that it's just part of the way things are now.

The breakfast was great, the location was perfect and it was a very nice and CLEAN hotel. The stand up shower was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again!
