You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaHonestly this was probably one of the worst hotel I ever stayed at. It’s very old and very dirty, I book king size there was bugs, My body was itching the whole time from sheets ,carpet is very old/ dirty, and it’s smells very bad too. Just had up you also hear every confirmation conversation from the room‘s next door very loud, and it wasn’t cheap either I paid almost 200 a night, I highly don’t recommend this hotel 0/10
Literally nothing it was a rip off I paid $200 for it to, I did early check in the customer service didn’t tell me they charge $30 for early check in and the worst part was I didn’t get any sleep you can hear the people from next-door talk all night….

United States of AmericaI was shaken to the core after getting a random knock on my door at about 5am the first night of my stay, then discovering the remants of what appeared to be a poorly cleaned blood spatter ( not stain) mess on my bathroom wall. I also found a questionable item stuffed in the air conditioner. Upon notifying the front desk of these things, was upgraded to a suite, which would have been nice until a palmetto bug ran from the ( closed) window area, across the wall!
The staff at the desk were, for the most part, very nice and friendly. Convenient location to suburban areas and downtown, as it was located near the highway. Close to The Domain. Beds were clean.

United States of AmericaThere is a railroad just behind the hotel, and freight trains pass though several times during the night. The noise is extremely high, even with ear plugs! Not a good place for a hotel.

NetherlandsThe Location was very disappointing, it’s very close to the Domain and acc to Booking.com its just 0,4 Km or 0, 25 Mile. That may be true, but you can’t get there within that distance, it’s a 3.8 Km or 2,1 Mile Detour to get there. And to get there you can’t walk to it, you need transport to get there. As you may understand, we choose the hotel due to the location/ distance, disappointing.

The pool was closed on Saturday. The sound of the train woke us throughout the night. The breakfast needs a lot of work in the taste and variety.

Once checked in we were advised that it was just a grab and go, which was abysmal, the items available were limited and not replenished in a timely manner. Texas hospitality is supposed to be open, all local eateries have full service. So there is no excuse for this facility not to offer the full breakfast options as advertised.
