The breakfast boiled eggs were horrible. But the cook lady was very pleasant. The dinning room was very tinny and stuffy... My bedroom window was mfacing a wall :(

Extremely small rooms, completely insufficient for two people. Fortunately, I was alone, but there was still not enough space to open the suitcase. Not enough tables for breakfast on weekends, you have to wait a long time until something frees up. The curtains were very, very dirty. They really should be washed. The bathroom was clean.

It needs another lift as it sometimes took forever to get down and we were only on L14. When the breakfast area was full it was too busy and crowded. Our view was a cement wall!

The staff, especially all the cleaners and kitchen people were gorgeous and friendly. The room was spotless and the breakfast was great. Central to Lower Manhattan.

The room was a bit small, manageable with carry on suitcases but wouldn’t be any space to put a regular size suitcase. On the other hand, the bathroom was too spacious, would be better if the space is distributed a bit differently but that’s a minor inconvenience in our case.

It was nice that breakfast was included in the price, hotel provided tea, coffee and water free of charge. The staff was friendly and location is close to different metro stations.

Security anyone can access every floor and enter inside the premises without being question. I won't stay here again.

Breakfast was awesome however you need to be in the dining area early to get a space. With 30 floors they should provide a larger area.

Incredible: in 2024 breakfast is served in plastic and paper dishes!! At the end everything goes to dustbin… Much too small breakfast room… It is difficult to find a seat.

The reception area is very small and not very nice, but once you get up to the room it’s great! There is not enough seating in the breakfast area for a hotel of 28 floors! It was overcrowded and noisy and we often couldn’t get a seat!

It was a great location for accessing the subway and getting around. The tin building is really close for good food and cocktails.

Room is small and crowded. If you have more than 1 suitcase it is a problem.

Basic and good hotel for staying is the south of Manhattan next to the Brooklyn bridge. Hotel staff are friendly. The room was small, and it is good only for sleeping. I like the happy hour at 5:00PM, but it should be open for more hours.
