What I did not like was the breakfast. They served eggs and biscuit and gravy the whole time. When I asked where was the breakfast meat they told me it was inside the gravy. Not everyone wants gravy. Serve breakfast meat such a sausage or bacon. That was my only discrepancy I was not going to get up early in the morning to go downstairs just for gravy and biscuits and eggs. You all need to upgrade your breakfast options. Or I'll need to find a better hotel to stay at when I come to town to visit my sister who's ill.

I like the location, the rooms were clean while my room was anyway I like that they had bottles of soap shampoo conditioner and my shower was very hot they had very good soap and conditioner shampoo as well that was very comfortable and I didn't mind the freeway View.

The lady on Saturday morning seemed a bit rude and I was wondering about an early check in when I was told I could check in at 1pm but I was told when I arrived I could not check in til 2pm. This was a little frustrating considering my flight had landed in Chicago at 6:30am that morning.

We had difficulty adjusting the room temperature down. It was below zero outside on several of our stay nights, so I was glad we had heat, but the fact that we could not adjust the temperature down made sleeping at night somewhat uncomfortable.

Location, price, breakfast choices, great attitude of employees. Also liked the fact that facility choose Milnor washer extractors for their laundry. I worked 40 years for Milnor and believe it is the best equipment on the market.

A couple of things in the bathroom. The toilet paper holder placement is an injury waiting to happen. The sink does not drain well you have to manually hold open the stopper.

The dining area was not open in the evening. I guess there was no cook. Only a bartender later in the evening.

The room was dirty, we found a pearl earring on the floor, a childs' toy, red stains on the carpet (it should be steam cleaned), hair in the sink and on the toilet. Crumbs and dirty tissues near the base of the bed. The lighting in the room was ok, but could use more lamps at bedside. It would help to have a bedside table on both bed ends. Also the pool was closed at 12pm, strange...

I believe it used to be a Best Western, and parts of it feel like an old Best Western. Also, what a weird logo.

No microwave in the room. I know you don't like people eating in the room because of the smell but its normal I think nowadays, people likes to eat in their room for privacy. Most of the guest hotels are bringing food in their room.

Breakfast was good, not to many choices but its good enough. I like the all day coffee and the drinking station with hot water, I saw few guest with noodle cup. I like the room, wish the pillows are firm enough and big, I have to use 2 pillows because its too soft and when we lay down it will just flat. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Shout out to the housekeeping lady I forgot to get her name, she was so kind and friendly.

Shuttle to airport was good option. But $40 cost for the 15 minute ride seemed high. The hotel sits right on a major Freeway. The roar of the cars and trucks taks away from using the outside pool .

Breakfast was basic but adequate. Rooms were clean and housekeeping refreshed every morning.

The hotel ticks all boxes except the breakfast. The spread did not have much in it. Secondly business centre was under renovation due to which I had to travel couple of miles to get a few prints.

very old slow elevator, there were exposed wires right outside of our room. children were screaming in the hallway in the middle of the night. didn’t know there was a pool
