To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe pool bar opens until 4, we were expecting to have lunch and have some drinks and that ruined our plans. They charge the parking $18/day, very disappointing.. ( I understand they want to avoid people going to see world park there but they have to create a system to give free parking for It's guests)

United States of AmericaTried breakfast the first morning--it was cold, tasteless and for me free wasn't worth it so I didn't return during the rest of my time there. A/C worked great but I had to turn unit off before bed because it was so loud I couldn't sleep with it running.

United States of AmericaWe love this hotel for its location- literally on front of Seaworld plus there are restaurants and gas stations in walking distance which is very convenient. Our kids love the breakfast, and we like the fact there is Starbucks inside, so we can just grab the coffee and hit the road.

BrazilThere is no payment via card contact or Apple Pay and it does not accept the Wise multi-currency card - J.P. Morgan bank (the employees don't even know what it is). Furthermore, cigarette smoke came into the room via the window or air conditioning, as people smoked outside the hotel.

United States of AmericaJacuzzi was somewhat messy with leaves and lots of seeds from trees. We understand that it’s not possible with trees around. We have a pool ourselves, but going into the spa with everything floating around wasn’t as nice of experience as we’d hoped.
Breakfast was great -we enjoyed it poolside Nice to see improvements to the stations to help with morning breakfast traffic. We have stayed before with different set up and this time was noticed and flow was better .
