Everything was perfect

Great hotel located on Roosvelt Island next to tram station and metro station. Room was very clean and comfortable with great view - overlooking Manhattan, the staff was very friendly and helpful. In the hotel there is a bar - panorama room with terrace and views overlooking Manhattan - it is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays plus if you plan on going to the bar and would like to sit by the table make a reservation in advance (when we went there all tables were reserved and we sat by the bar)

The shared restrooms for the restaurant were cramped and awkward, also less clean than expected.

The room decor was warm & welcoming. The view of the river with downtown Manhattan was outstanding!

For a 4 star hotel I would have expected to provide slippers as I don’t pack slippers when I go to such a hotel. But they didn’t have and the receptionist was a bit unfriendly when we asked about it.

Wonderful design, very ingenious and fresh. Cozy atmosphere in the lobby and restaurant. Beautiful rooftop terrace with view to Manhattan. The surrounding are an oasis of peace and quiet with amazing view.

Price of drinks and breakfast could be lower, price plus tax plus 20% tip and bathroom could be a little updated.

I absolutely loved this hotel! It's been ages since I've come across such friendly people, especially the reception staff. The location is spot-on with stunning views, and it's super convenient with the subway just a 3-minute walk away. I'll definitely be recommending this place to all my friends visiting NY. If you're after a safe, quiet spot with plenty of green and easy access all around, this hotel is a no-brainer.

Nothing, everything was perfect! Nothing to complaint about. They should reorganize however the priority for Hotel Guests to access the rooftop Bar as the line to the elevator can be sometimes very long.

Fabulous Hotel with amazing views. Very clean and super nice rooms. Location just perfect 3 min walk to Metro. Simply Perfect! I would recommend for Family and for couple, Rooftop Bar outstanding! Will come back again!

The Panorama Room is popular so when it's open there are queues in the lobby, it also has loud music for top floor rooms

An oasis within a short distance of Manhattan. Quiet rooms with high quality bathroom furnishings. Safe deposit box. Comfortable bed. Attentive staff. Kids loved the cable car in and out of downtown Manhattan. Subway connections also made getting around super easy.

It does not have coffee/ tea maker in the room The restaurant closes early The o my way to eat anything was to DoorDash! Also, clearly people were smoking weed in some room and it was unpleasant

The only thing that was not good was the bar staff, very rude and the person who gave access to the rooftop shouted a lot to talk, I think these should work in customer service!

Our room was on the 10th floor with an amazing view of the Manhattan Skyline and the East River. Staff are very helpful and attentive at all times. We enjoyed the unique design of the hotel and the rooms. Very clean, beds super comfortable. Neighborhood around Cornell Tech safe and quiet for a relaxing sleep in the big and always bustling city. Roosevelt Island Tram gets you to 2nd Ave/60th Street in less than 5 minutes. The Tram station is right next to the hotel. We loved it and will be back
