Didn't have hot water the first night but we checked in late and it was corrected the next day. The neighbors that checked in Saturday night were up stomping, jumping, and sounded like bouncing balls at 3/4 in the morning. They also left the outside door open and bugs were in the hall.

Quick easy check-in, and the text system is nice.

Nothing it was amazing! We had one small issue with our key not working because the clerk mistakenly put the wrong room number but she was in training so completely understandable & they corrected it immediately!

This place has it all! Although our trip was short & we did not get to take advantage of a lot of the amenities, we will definitely return soon!

Nothing to do with the hotel but I don't like that people were smoking in the clearly non smoking areas when kids were out in the pool. So that was annoying but that's a people not following rule issue.

We love the pool. Our kids ages from 12 to 4 absolutely love the pools and hot tubs, we play mini golf which was a good course nice and easy to stay together and just enjoy it! We asked for a 2nd floor and they obliged which was so nice. We got a apartment nice and close so we could just walk to the amenities and checked out the dvds nice collection of adult and kid movies to choose from.

Property was beautiful! I requested a more upgraded room at check-in and that seems to be what we got. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit with 1 king and 1 queen. Each room had its own bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and toiletries were great. Everything seemed well-kept and clean. The pools were great. We didn’t have a chance to try the mini-golf, but that seemed like a really cool amenity. On our last morning, a huge spider crawled out of our swim things that had been drying in the bathtub. I attribute that to being in a ground-level unit. Other than that, everything was phenomenal!

Appeared to be mold in the bathroom, along the shower cracks and on the floor. The shower curtain blocked 0 water from coming out. The main building door had a key card handle to unlock, however it was broken so anyone could have gotten into the building

They had availability for a 2 bed same night we needed it for the duration of our stay. Room was spacious and had great in room amenities.

Check in could have been smoother if there had been more than one staff member working on checking in. There were 3 there, but they weren't doing the check in for guests.

We stayed in a great location next to the main office. It was quiet except for the children that ran in the upstairs unit for several hours each evening. Staying at Greensprings is convenient to everything!

The power outage as I found out the gym and inside the lobby still worked but the property didn't have Wi-Fi to continue to proceed to enjoy relaxation in the rooms if you did not want to go out

The customer service was awesome Latasha is DEFINITELY a must to keep there 🫶🏿 This was a very clean attractive property some updating with the curtains and carpet I think will be great but I take it that is supposed to be a vintage look..it was quiet vs the TV power outage the Whole Weekend on My Anniversary and Parents stay.. we all love sports and it was NBA playoff time.. no Breakfast served or Included because obviously it comes with Appliances and the jacuzzi deep tub was awesome... but during the power outage we just basically went to grab food from Walmart to cook endedup going to Busch Gardens overall we made the best of it look forward to staying again and enjoying the pool area when its warmer

The people located directly above us did not respect quiet time (talking loudly outside, on balcony after 10 PM). We thought about calling someone to complain but just tried to go to sleep with their noise going on.

Our room was located in a quiet building next to the golf course. The view from our balcony was pleasing. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were very clean. Very few people were using these facilities, which felt very relaxing.

We were on our honeymoon so obviously a single couple they put a family right above us with children who ran and jumped and bumped well into 11 at night had to call them after the second night twice it got so loud just be aware of how you stack up the units for all peoples enjoyment they did though respond cwith security it didn’t do any good

We could hear the people walking in the appartment above us, so the ceiling was not very soundproof. We also did not have almost any towels in the appartment at first, but we asked for some via the SMS communication channel they use and they were delivered the next day.

Very spacious rooms, balcony, fully equipped kitchen, super comfortable bed, overall the appartment was great. We used the inside pool and it was also really nice and the jacuzzi was excellent.

The only issue I had with my stay was the couch/pull-out bed was broke. And we were out on the third floor. Which I didn’t specify I wanted 1st floor due to a small child who do not like to be still while inside.

Daily resort fee was part Of the price, yet the facilities beyond the pool were limited and closed early. WiFi was not really free, upgrade required if you had more than a couple devices and premium service speeds were spotty.

There was no place to put the garbage. Garbage looks bad outside the door until pick up. The last 2 nights, a young child was running and stomping in the unit above us. It was very annoying.
