On our last day we didn't get to eat breakfast because they told us it started at 7am and I searched it up and it said 6 to 10am. We wanted to have breakfast before going to the airport.

Loved the breakfast variety daily. Excellent courteous staff, awesome housekeeping, delicious breakfast, very clean and smells good.

I did not get my bottle of water when I checked in. everything else was fine. There is not much to complain

It was a perfect location. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was close to the elevator which make it very accessible. Breakfast was amazing, my kids enjoyed mickey mouse waffles.

Me and my family love the breakfast and we stayed in room 331 and the housekeeper was amazing. I can really say they do there job by keeping the hotel spotless. The front desk staff are amazing as well. I love that the hotel send you a text message to see how your stay is going. Me and my family will be back. continue to do what y’all are doing!! y’all rock !!

At breakfasts, the eggs were microwaved. The ariconditioner did a lot of noise and was very slow to modify the temperature. There are no nearby stores, so if you need anything else apart from what they have in the ministore at the hotel you will need to take a taxi.

I liked the bed, it was big and comfortable, and the bathroom was always super clean. We were lucky because there were very few guests doing noise in the hall or in the adjoining rooms, so we could rest. The breakfast was ok, but I wish there was more variety of dishes. The hotel is very close to Disney, which is a huge advantage. However, the schedule they have for the shuttles is very late and not useful, prepare to have your car or pay for a taxi. Overall, I think the stay was ok, I would return.

The hotel was great. It far exceeded our expectations. The hotel was well kept and clean, in a good location and there was free parking on site. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Veronica at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating and Estela kept our room very neat and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was good quality. Breakfast was very good, there were many options and the mickey waffles were a favourite. We had a great time at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone travelling to Orlando!

All staff were very accommodating. it was very clean. my room was cleaned everyday and the cleaning staff was very kind and hard working. this is the best Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at.

Water pressure in bathroom, but that probably can't be helped (environmental issues). No wheat bread at buffet.

Staff. So friendly, so helpful. Beds were very comfy. Blackout curtain. Burned-out light in bathroom was replaced by the time we returned from town. Elevators were prompt, despite crowds.
