We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaWe absolutely loved everything, down to the convenience of parking. If there is one complaint it’s very minor. I just wish the pool would have been heated. Went to go for a swim and the water was too cold, but that wasn’t an issue.
The breakfast was fantastic, so many choices! A large variety of hot and cold foods to choose from, ranging from eggs, sausage, waffles, already prepared oatmeal, potatoes, cereals, different choices of muffins, bagels, several different types of fruits, yogurts, hard boiled eggs, and so much more. The coffee was really good, and they also offered different teas, hot chocolate, orange juice, apple juice as well as other juices. It was really nice!! The location was perfect! Within walking distance to the hospital, Orlando Health. We could see it from the hotel. The hotel is also next to downtown Orlando, Dr Phillips, and the Kia Center. Great location!!

We have tried 3 hotels near Orlando Regional Health Center and liked Hampton the best by far. The hotel has a really good design and interior finish. The lobby is very attractive and welcoming. Hampton is the most convenient of the 3 to ORHC.. Just walk across the street. The parking is easy and didn't have an additional charge. The stay price was the best of the 3. Got an early check in even though we didn't request it. It is on a quiet street so you don't get the street noise that the other 2 did. The bed was comfortable. The hot breakfast was buffet. The French toast was delicious. One of the other hotels didn't have breakfast. The other was prepared so you had to wait.

United States of AmericaI don't think that guests should have to pay for parking. Guests should be informed in advance that they will have to pay for parking if they arrive with their own vehicle.
Our super spacious Double Queen room on the newly renovated 6th floor was just awesome! We arrived well before our check in time and yet Aaron still permitted us to go to our room which made all the difference as far as I'm concerned. The other parts of the Hotel were equally as nice. Associates at the front desk and in the breakfast area were very friendly, helpful and courteous. I asked for 3 extra blankets and they were delivered to my room which I appreciated. The "included" breakfast was good and plentiful. I really thought the downtown Orlando location was great and convenient. My family and I loved that the Hotel was close to Lake Eola Park. This Hotel is worth the money that you spend on a stay because it is fantastic and you get so much. There is no way that you can go wrong with this Hotel. Stop searching and make a reservation at this Hampton Inn. I think that it is stellar.

We were put in a wheelchair accessible room so it was much more spacious than we expected. Staff was helpful and kind, and their lobby was spacious and it was a great place to mingle with other people who were at the conference we were attending in the hotel.

United States of AmericaThe only negative was that there was no shampoo in the shower dispenser and my wife did not find out until after she was in the shower. I called down to the front desk and was told I would have to come down to the desk to get the shampoo. It was after midnight so I guess there is very little staff (front desk person) at that hour.
Very well maintained & clean property. Although they are remodeling the 5th & 6th floors the construction noise stopped at 5pm and did not resume until 10am the next morning. They do let you know when you check in. Except for check in we were not there during the day so the noise did not bother us. Security was good and key cards are needed to get in and to take the elevator.

Aaron and the beautiful lady from Hungary (sorry, forgot her name) sensitive to what we were going through, really did a great job making sure we were accommodated and satisfied with our stay. All staff were friendly, but those two really stood up and went beyond all expectations, and we very much appreciated it. Awesome staff! Thank you!
