They withheld more than $2000 from us from the moment we arrived at the hotel until a month later. We don't understand why...

unfriendly check in.We came 2 hours before a possible check in time ,after a lengthy flight from Molokai,via Honolulu.To check in 1,5 hours earlier I was asked to pay additional 200 USD,alternatvely to upgrade to suit for 800 USD extra.I explained that we wanted to have a quick shower and to go to visit my Father grave in Elmswood.Absolutely no understanding. Thanks to Daniel we got our room earlier without having to pay atrocious 800 dollars. Pity,most dissapointing. Dr Andrew Tabaczynski.Poland.

Not much. Bathroom is very small, and it's a bit strange that the sink is outside the bathroom. For those who do not want to be in a noisy and crowded area - this will not suit them.

The location of the hotel is very good for those who want to be in the center of things - Times Square. It's a busy area, but very easy to get to. The hotel is clean, the room is very cute and cozy You can enjoy the lights of Time Square from the window Relative to the hotels in New York, and relative to the affordable price - I think it's a good vfm

It’s really close to Times Square, so you have to know that in the evening, you will hear some noises. But so far it was OK and Tolerable. :)

We like it really much. They have a really special ambient inside. And we loved the interior design. And it’s so central that you can walk everywhere , really close to Rockefeller Center, and Times Square and also from the battery park or the fifth Avenue it’s really close for walking. The staff of the hotel was really kind and really helpful ! And everyone is in a very good mood.

If I could request the car to be ready at a specific time, it would be great. There were times when they told me 45 minutes and they brought it in less time and I still wasn't ready.

came 3 hours before the check in time, to get the room, which was available and ready I paid 100 additional USD. that's a bit much (maybe im spoiled with service in the UAE). the district around the hotel is also not safe, a lot of people who offer drugs just 10 mins from hotel entrance. too noisy during the daytime (sirens, construction sites)

Great new (in feb 24) hotel. Location just around the corner from Times Square. Nice views, cozy rooms, coffee machine and very nice bathroom with panoramic window. great rooftop bar.

We were put in an adjoining room which wasn't specified on the booking and was disappointing. Luckily there was a room available that wasn't adjoining, on a lower floor. All the room windows face directly into another building so you don't have too much privacy - but that's New York I guess! The room service menu was a little more comprehensive than the seated breakfast menu and I was really sad they didn't do pancakes in the restaurant. There wasn't too much choice for breakfast. Overall it was a great stay!

The staff were very accommodating with any requests especially the cleaning staff. We lost our kindle wrapped up in the bedsheets and the housekeeping were so kind and helpful in locating it. The restaurant area is really nice with the piano playing. Location is extremely central!! Very easy to get to anything and walkable distance to many key christmas sites. It's just off times square but inside your room/hotel you'd never know how central or busy it is outside. Room service was tasty and the rooftop bar is so so nice. The bathroom was beautiful.

Air con did not cool the room very well which as annoying and drinks were pretty pricy in the hotel - we tended to walk to one of the many Irish pubs which had a great atmosphere also.

Location was great and hotel very clean - rooms were very spacious and plenty of power sockets/usb sockets. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

The hotel is exactly as it is described. The room was clean and spacious ( despite all the small hotel rooms in NY). The staff was extremely welcoming and kindly. The hotel is 1 min from Times Square. Close to everything. Highly recommend it.

I was unhappy about the rooftop bar closing for a private event on Friday night. THAT and the other bar closed early so there was no place to sit and enjoy. Killed the upbeat vibe.

The place is great. Staff are super friendly. Location is great as well.

Fruits and the bakery selection was nice but would have liked more options to selct from as it became very repetitive.

Dusting of the glass shelves in the rooms is the only I bit costly

The staff was all lovely and friendly, especially the bell boys / security. An extra special thank you to them as they made our morning and evening with such pleasent welcomes and asking how our day was. Every day, our coffee pods and water were topped up and the room was tidied / cleaned. Thankfully this hotel was available when we arrived to save our holiday as we was originally booked in somewhere else My wife received amazing roses from the hotel on valentines day
