The description states this as an apartment and it is not. It is just rooms that are together through doors and there is a shared common bathroom down the hall. There is no sitting area, nor is there an eating area with a table. There is no way to warm up food or water.

The location was perfect as we used to live in the area. The rooms were kept very clean, and all linens and towels were like new and clean.

Check in process, getting codes and info was not smooth. Getting codes and unit info was delayed. Had requested 3-4pm check in and didn't get codes until 5pm. Voice-mail full on contact phone. Unnecessary stress. Shower. Needs regrouting, some mold. Despite these, I would stay there again. Hopefully next time will be smoother.

Described as complete 1 bedroom apartment and no mention of having to share bathroom which I thought was totally unacceptable. I would NEVER have booked it had it been transparent/ clear on the booking site. Would have cost me half the price in a single bed hostel with a shared bathroom

Location close to subway, pubs, restaurants supermarket and park. Bathroom was very clean.

See above. Staff was uppity and argumentative on the phone. They did not return messages for hours.

Nothing . Overpriced, would let me check in till 6:30pm although description says 4:30 pm. WiFi passers did not work despite multiple attempts. One trash can had trash.

It's a beautiful building. It's clear that the owners are proud and take care of their place. It's clean with updated bathrooms and has everything you need. I loved the extra touch with the lovely artwork in the foyer. I would be happy to live there. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and also a beautiful park. I felt right at home.

First of all, there was no key in the self-check in lock box. we arrived at night, it was raining, it was not possible with the host. it was only after many calls that a result was achieved. we called a dozen times together, all the excuses sounded like "for 5 minutes", "I'll take care of it", "wait for 20 minutes", "I'll call you in 2 minutes". never called, let's call and find out. some time someone from the residents let us in. the next morning and the rest of the day we do not receive an apology from the host. we contacted the booking.con customer center, they gave us an answer that the host confirmed that we had successfully registered. No shower gel and champoon. Bathroom with toilet ok, shared by all. Super noisy, barrely can sleep at night

The description is totally wrong misleading to believe they are offering the entire studio which has private bathroom in it. Manikins at the entrances are spooky. The stairs are old and floors are all squeaky.

The door code we were sent over a week ago did not work. The code has been changed and we were not notified What was that thing in the shower? Tried to ignore it, but it was right in the middle of the shower.
