Breakfast was not edible. Prepared food was luke warm at best. I had to order an omelette to get hot food. Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and home fries were almost cold. Very disappointing.

The room was a little less clean than I’d have expected. The coffee maker didn’t work, but was replaced immediately after reporting it.

Room service was a bit odd. Some days they only cleaned parts of the room. For example they made only one of the beds. The other day they only cleaned the bathroom. They did not fill up the coffee for the coffee machine. The coffee machine only works with paper cups of the hotel, which is not explained plus isn’t good to protect the environment. The rooms are fairly small, but that’s normal, as it’s New York City. Coffee and hot water are available from 6 - 10 am, unfortunately not throughout the whole day. Toilet roll holder was loose, thus toilet roll rolled off, when in use. No lock for bathroom door. Lock of the door to the room didn’t close properly, unless pushed hard. Rooms are very dark. The light wasn’t very bright. The bathroom light in the mirror wasn’t bright enough to see your face up close properly (e.g. for shaving).

The hotel has a great location, just 1 1/2 blocks from the Empire State Building and very close to 5th Ave, Broadway and Times Square. TV worked fine. Rooms in general are modern and nice.

Beds were comfortable, room was spacious enough for the 2 of us. Staff at reception were helpful and friendly especially Tia. Location was perfect for our stay

The rooms are tiny - basically just room for two queen beds and that’s about it. Eating in the room meant sitting on the beds.

The location is ideal for exploring midtown Manhattan. The front desk was welcoming and supportive.

It was not the cleanest. Had hair in the shower and in a towel when we arrived. The staff remedied the problem quickly, but it did not seem deep cleaned.

Housekeeping came very late and one day not at all.

Continental breakfast had good choices and was good value. Location was great and within walking distance to many things we wanted to do. Als o very neat metro.

I didn't get breakfast because this Hilton does not offer it anymore, even though it says it does (and it is included as a part of this survey). They offered $10 vouchers at the connecting restaurant, but only for Gold members and higher...again not mentioned when I booked. If you have ever been to NYC, $10 will get you a small cup of coffee so it was basically worthless anyway. Shower had ample hot water, but was designed with a huge flaw. You have to be in the shower to turn it on...this means getting hit with cold water for the first 30 seconds...not a good design. Also no need to have self closing bathroom doors....very annoying, especially when you need the light from the entryway so you can see in the dimly lit bathroom.

The room was clean and I liked being on the 15th floor away from the sirens and incessant honking. Very limited TV channels, but not a worry for me because I was in town to see the sites, not watch TV. Staff was friendly for the most part, one semi-rude lady at front desk...seemed like she just didn't like her job. Others were highly friendly. Bed was good and I slept well. Didn't use housekeeping while there, but like I said my room was clean when I arrived so they must be doing a good job. It was a nice place to stay, but when I return to NYC again I will look at other hotels before booking this Hilton again. It really falls short of the multiple Hiltons I have stayed at and appears that Hilton has succumbed to the NYC price gouging while removing benefits (breakfast, gym, spa, room service, etc).

The room is small and a bit dark, but this is normal due to the high rise buildings in NY. A few machines in the gym were broken, but I saw some people fixing one as well.

Very friendly reception, loved the free coffee and tea in the morning and that the team made a move to a higher room with better view possible. It was very clean and comfy and perfect location to explore New York on foot.

The property was in a great location, parking was located right next-door and a self-park option was very easy, the staff were very friendly, and the restaurant was very good.
