If I had to put a problem with the property, I would say that they had to install new TVs in the room while we were there for the stay. They could have done it another time.

Stayed for 10 days but didn’t get any type of house keeping service no towels soap nothing we had to keep using pool towels because we didn’t get any service even called saying we were going to be out the whole day cause we were going to Disney and if we could please get house keeping service and they agreed and we come back and nothing :( also there’s a wanna b cop in the gate house Spanish kid that thinks he got big balls talks to u like he’s the president lmao

Everything was so nice.. grass, lake, room, the smell of the room the lobby .. so peaceful everyone was so nice gave me a beautiful room stayed for 10 days amazing property would def stay here again

The Wi-Fi isn’t the best at times. We had a few issues. Also to be told housekeeping wasn’t until a certain however they appeared that day.

The rooms are perfect size and have all amenities you need when travelling with a family. Views are amazing walking straight onto balcony from bedroom. Cleanliness throughout the hotel and by the pool also.

The Fridge in the Condo is very small. Showering in a bath tub is very old school and not very comfortable.

I like the convenience of the location. It was close to International Blvd and all the attractions. We didn’t get to enjoy all that the resort has to offer, but it was highly satisfactory.

The rooms are hit and miss.. the first room we were put in had a buzzing noise that was unbearably loud in the bedroom so I slept on the couch the first night. To be fair to the hilton they sent multiple people to investigate but it only stopped after check out time so I’m assuming it was someone’s loud AC. We moved room but were right beside the generator which meant we had another noise to deal with - this time a loud high pitched buzz. We moved again to block 3 and it was perfect, really appreciated the team helping us move twice

Second time staying here..The location is great, right beside a Publix, starbucks, lots of restaurants. Love both pool areas- one is more kid centric and the other is great for couples and adults as it’s more chilled out. There are two gyms on site, we preferred the smaller one. The free starbucks on site every morning is such a nice touch. Staff are also very accommodating and helped us move rooms twice

Anytime I came to the front desk, the staff were standoffish and I felt like I was bothering them when I asked simple questions and when I checked into the hotel. Was not aware there were so many services and where everything was.

The room and the pool were amazing. The staff at the pool were really nice and made you feel special. The store staff were also sweet and helpful.

From the moment we drove onto the property, the appearance of the facilities made me feel like we made the right choice. From the employee at the guard stand upon entrance into the property to the desk clerks, everyone was so warm and welcoming. The property is so clean! Our room was perfect! We hated to leave but will definitely be back. This property is a gem!
