We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaAlthough they advertised breakfast, there was no food available including the restaurant that was closed. The lobby was plastered with sheets of paper warning guests about not staying longer than 10 minutes in the lobby, no other guests allowed in the rooms, etc. It was very unprofessional and unwelcoming. It seemed there was no focus on guests comfort or welcome. Very disappointing. Are they preparing to close the hotel??

United States of AmericaDoesn't look like it has seen paint or carpeting since the 70s and don't get me wrong, I like 70s style, but it could use either a deep clean or replacement. The place still acting like COVID lockdowns are in effect. Can't do a breakfast bar apparently in the large eating space. Breakfast area was a disorganized mad house with a guy behind the counter trying to serve up the food. Night staff not coordinated well with the online booking systems apparently. The ceiling in the bathroom leaked (it was a really heavy rain, but the roof still shouldn't leak). Couldn't use the bathroom that morning which means no morning glory and no shower. The ceiling in the lobby fell down from the rain leakage and the hallways were flooding. This place looked like it was falling apart before the rain came and the rain kind of affirmed the obvious. Not a bad place, but good God, keep up with the place and it might not be such a ghost town. Looks like it has HUGE potential. It used to be a conference center, so it should be a little nicer. Not sure if it still is a conference center but it doesn't look like a place that gets bookings for that if so.
It was okay for the price. Had local cable for free which was actually nice, not that I watch TV but for those that need to hang out in the room a little while, it's a nice feature. The mattress felt really old and the pillows are small squares, but that didn't ruin anything. It is okay if you're just looking for a place to sleep for the night, but that's about it.

Windows in our room were clouded, maybe because they were aged or damaged, black out curtains had holes and tears. Bathroom fixtures had residual film on them as if not properly cleaned.

United States of Americalayout lacked signage i was instructed to go down hallway and a door (unmarked) led to wing i was in, carpet was loose in many places entire facility is in disrepair (poor upkeep most all areas pool empty needs paint etc.. requested king size bed but was given two twin/full beds which while acceptable d/t time of check in i would prefer to know before entering room. also i paid nearly 300 dollars for this and it is well below what one should receive for this pricepoint.

United States of AmericaThe property is very old looking. you can see the areas in the walls and ceiling’s that have been shoddily patched and painted over. the a/c units are noisy. there was a tractor from a tractor trailer right outside my window idling for hours (noisy).
