Room service, we never received any new linens or towel . Even though we asked several times. Nobody was controlling the halls at night . There were kids running n yelling all night each night of our stay . The front desk said they couldn’t do anything about it

The pool light was laying on the bottom of the pool, my room was 169 and the comforter had stains on it, had to have the light and fridge fixed, the rod to hold the shower head was broken

Bathroom didn't have a trash can and the sink was uncomfortable to use. It was too tall (im above average height for a woman) and the basin and water flow were too far away from the edge. The breakfast area was messy. Also entrance to building 8 where my room was, Felt unsafe next to the symposium and tucked back from the lighted parking lot.

The room wasn't that clean we found an old used band aide behind the night stand. You could obviously tell the bathroom was just lightly wiped down not properly cleaned. The beds are hard and uncomfortable. And the pool had so many Chemicals in it it burour skin also couldn't even see the bottom in the deep end it was so foggy. The tile in the ceilings down the hallways had holes throughout. You could also see they painted over mold in the showers ceiling. One lamp didn't even work in our room.

The first room I was given was very dirty. Different breakfast options...way too much sausage!! Sausage links, patties, and sausage gravy. The sausage patty was the only one I tried and unfortunately it wasn't good. Unfortunate that the entrance to the front desk isn't handicap accessible

When I checked in I was given a room that wasn't what I reserved. I called the front desk and wS quickly reassigned the appropriate room.

We stayed for three nights but our room was never cleaned and we ran out of shampoo after the first night. There was no water provided. We had to go to the gym for water.

Weird setup. Super long hallways. You need an electric scooter to get to your room within 5 minutes. During our stay, there was a pool tournament going on, and all of the parking was taken by players, not guests.

The pool was down all 3 days I was there with my family so we had to find other means of keeping cool in the heat. Also new guy double charged me and my husband and his money still is pending which we couldn't spend as much as we planned...also the walk from our room to the lobby or anywhere was very long

It looks like it was bought and is in the process of being remodeled. If they finish doing what they are doing, it will look great, but still has a ways to go. The guy at the front desk was great, but it was ONLY him. He needs help overnight, especially on a weekend with a wedding going on. Service was terrible because of it, but it clearly wasn't his fault.

The hotel is very dingy, with dirty carpets, scratched up doors, and a funky odor in the hallways. The first room assigned to us smelled like cigarette smoke. The staff were terrific and reassigned us to a room that didn't smell like smoke. The hotel is dreary and needs to be refreshed.

Our room and section of hotel we were in was run down, fridge didn’t work, and the hotel wasn’t very busy and we were far away from the pool breakfast lobby area. Would of definitely liked to be closer

Had big issues checking in Friday night as the desk clerk was alone and had TOO much issues going on with the (team) kids running around hotel while their drunk parents sat in the dining area. Then poor guy couldn't get a card to read to let us (all) into our rooms. I felt so sorry for him as it was 1 am and it was crazy. He eventually got us into another room that the key card worked on. The room was okay but the bed uncomfortable and 6 SMALL pillows very uncomfortable.

It was a beautiful Saturday and the lounging area outside pool area was spectacular. We didn't go in the pool. Breakfast was AWESOME and the lady SOOOOOOO friendly.

We had a lot of credit card issues for weeks afterwards. Was supposed to pay 231. Noticed immediate charge of 293 and they said something about incidentals which I've never paid in advance for. Then a separate charge of 231.....then another charge of 231. Three separate charges I fought for weeks on and spent hours on the phone. Never seen billing like this before and they had my card tied up and over the limit with all these separate charges. I've never had three charges for any stay or weeks of battling hotels, booking and also reporting to my credit card.

For starters, the hallways to the rooms seemed a bit sketchy. Definitely get what you pay for, though. There was a closet across the hall from the swimming pool that my friend discovered. Doors were not even capable of being locked. It was a large drop to the bottom, some form of utility closet, and it was flooded with water at least 2 feet. I think this is a major safety hazard, especially with younger children. The rooms were a little dirty, my father in law discovered what looked like blood stains on his comforter. The AC/Heating Unit was covered in dust; when we turned it out, it all shot out, and you can tell from previous guests, this happened to them as well, as there was a decent bit of dust bunnies in front of the unit.

My group enjoyed the bar that was open. Also, it was very quick to get from the hotel to the highway. Definitely a cheaper option for being close to Pittsburgh and most of the staff was accommodating and nice.

we had a late check-in around 7pm. the room was very cold, heat was off. I understand leaving the heat off but the heater was not adequate to warm the room/bathroom. was still cold at 11pm. it was fine for sleeping and ok by the morning (left on high heat and high fan)
