The key cards stopped working,There was no extra TP in the bathroom, and the tub filled up when you were showering.

It was quite and we did get a clean room.

The pool looked great but there were no towels so we couldn't actually use the pool. Multiple people asked for towels for over 1 hours and they never arrived. The rate I got through booking.com ($95) was wonderful but the actual cost of the motel room was too extreme ($220/night)

The breakfast was very good and the service was great. There was never any wait time if something ran out

I don't know if it is the hotels fault or problem or just unfortunate circumstances. The hotel welcomed a jr hockey league or soccer league and the kids were just out of control. Kids running up and down the halls, all hours of the day. They were screaming. It was like the had free reign of the hotel with no regard to the other guests. Also there was some minor messes in the room that might have been overlooked. There didn't seem to be much storage space to unpack in the room. Especially if two or more people share the room. I think there could have been more light in the room. Especially up by the door. Maybe a floor lamp that turned on with the switch.

I thought the room was spacious and mostly well kept. I thought the breakfast was well stocked and had a good variety of options. Food was tasty. The carpet was very nice.

ROOMS, first room they gave us was disgusting, dirty top sheets Food still in fridge Second room beds were clean but tge bathroom was horrible, had dirty wash clothes still in the sink And other things left in the sink drawers Finally the house keeping manager walked us threw the third room and it was good But tge rooms are very out dated and mattress was very uncomfortable, need new ones

Very outdated. Beds were uncomfortable and had a huge gully in the middle. And heard this from other guests in other rooms for our group booking. Not dirty, but not exactly clean either.

I woke up with bites all over my legs and arms. It was disgusting. I spent 10 days in such discomfort after the bed bug bites. The room was so dirty. There was dirt on the window sill. I was only there for 12 hours. I am so glad that I didn't spend further time.

I did not like that the was not clean enough, it was a handicapped room. If this was a handicapped room we should have been notified, asking if any of us was indeed handicap. The room was not clean to our satisfaction, we did not have enough towels. Overall we spent alot of money to stay there but received low budget service. If we visit Pittsburgh again we will not pay to stay at your location. I wish I would have taken pictures but I should not need to waste storage in my phone for something you can clearly see yourself.

The hotel sections weren’t connected to the lobby. We had to walk outside and to the lobby to get breakfast. Not a big deal but was kind of annoying.

Beds are not comfortable at all. Housekeeping staff were nowhere to be found and had to go to the front desk several times for toilet paper. the bathroom was not stoked. The room and other areas were unclean and smelled bad, with the exception of the lobby. We got locked out of the room for over an hour because they said payment would not go through, rooms were prepaid through booking.com. My diabetic medication and my daughters seizure medications were in the room. It wasn't until I made the call to booking.com that it got taken care of, and we got back in the room. They were attempting to overcharge for the room. Overall, it was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

The free breakfast was the best part of the hotel stay. The lady in charge was very friendly and did an awesome job. The pool was nice and the attached bar/grill was nice as well as food was good.
