The rate I got through booking.com ($95) was wonderful but the actual cost of the motel room was too extreme ($220/night)

United States of AmericaI don't know if it is the hotels fault or problem or just unfortunate circumstances. The hotel welcomed a jr hockey league or soccer league and the kids were just out of control. Kids running up and down the halls, all hours of the day. They were screaming. It was like the had free reign of the hotel with no regard to the other guests. Also there was some minor messes in the room that might have been overlooked. There didn't seem to be much storage space to unpack in the room. Especially if two or more people share the room. I think there could have been more light in the room. Especially up by the door. Maybe a floor lamp that turned on with the switch.
I thought the room was spacious and mostly well kept. I thought the breakfast was well stocked and had a good variety of options. Food was tasty. The carpet was very nice.

United States of AmericaI did not like that the was not clean enough, it was a handicapped room. If this was a handicapped room we should have been notified, asking if any of us was indeed handicap. The room was not clean to our satisfaction, we did not have enough towels. Overall we spent alot of money to stay there but received low budget service. If we visit Pittsburgh again we will not pay to stay at your location. I wish I would have taken pictures but I should not need to waste storage in my phone for something you can clearly see yourself.

United States of AmericaBeds are not comfortable at all. Housekeeping staff were nowhere to be found and had to go to the front desk several times for toilet paper. the bathroom was not stoked. The room and other areas were unclean and smelled bad, with the exception of the lobby. We got locked out of the room for over an hour because they said payment would not go through, rooms were prepaid through booking.com. My diabetic medication and my daughters seizure medications were in the room. It wasn't until I made the call to booking.com that it got taken care of, and we got back in the room. They were attempting to overcharge for the room. Overall, it was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
The free breakfast was the best part of the hotel stay. The lady in charge was very friendly and did an awesome job. The pool was nice and the attached bar/grill was nice as well as food was good.
