no hot water in the lobby when we left for the Disney race at 3am everything else was great.

The room has great amenities and the property itself was modern and clean. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. loved having the toaster in the room for early morning race. Was a great option for the Disney race. Right around the corner from the park and close to restaurants and a Target

Loved everything

We loved staying there. The staff was extremely friendly and nice. Checking in took less than 3 minutes. The pool and fitness center were a great way to pass the time while we were there. The kids loved it. Very good breakfast and coffee station. The room was nice size and very clean with nice amenities. The hotel was across the street from a shopping center full of places to eat and things to do.

Sheets were needed for the pull out. I feel they should be provided in the room. Wallpaper is peeling in bathroom. Shower handle was coming apart. Not many parking spots available. Remote for living room did not work at all. Volume on tv is limited to the point of barely hearing.

Restaurant outside the parking lot of the hotel. Is very convenient. Room was clean. Beds were comfy. Essentials were provided.

Hotel itself was amazing. Only dislike was the shuttle they provide. they only make 2 runs in am and 2 I believe in afternoon and since we had 4 days planned at Disney we had to drive there ourselves not knowing when we was coming back etc. Last Hotel we stayed at for Disney you can leave and return anytime with their shuttle service. Being that close to the parks they should do better shuttles.

Breakfast was good!!! Each morning they had a few different things from the day before so you was not stuck eating same thing every morning. Mickey waffles was amazing and the kids loved it!!

That you have to pay for parking. I had 3 rooms and we stayed for 10 nights so that adds up.

I don't have what I didn't like about the hotel. But in order to improve, I believe that the breakfast, which is good, could be even better, with the availability of more fruit and scrambled eggs without mixes.

I really appreciated the comfort, the structure of the hotel, the cleanliness and the location, especially for those going to Disney. The swimming pool and gym are also very good. Another positive factor was that I rented a car and had no problems finding parking spaces and if there were there were plenty of parking spaces on the other side of the street in front of the hotel. Anyway, I recommend the Hotel.

No sausage or bacon offered on the breakfast, no trays to carry your breakfast to your room.

This was our 2nd time staying here. Friendly staff, quick check in, very clean.
