Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel advertises a free shuttle to universal parks- but it only runs a VERY limited route and the last pick up (on a day when the last park closed at 11) was 8 pm. It was also shared with several other “universal partner” hotels so our bus (route A) made several stops and some looked quite crowded on the ride home. If you don’t have a car or don’t want to pay for parking at Universal, you’d do better to stay at a resort hotel- or plan to pay for an Uber. We were fortunate to work it out because we had a car, but for a longer trip with my family, we might look elsewhere simply because transportation is such an important part of planning!
The best thing about this hotel (and there are many good things) is the staff. They were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to take care of us. The location was great, and the space and room was good. The breakfast had a great variety (and Mickey waffles!)

- The shuttle did not run after 8pm, but the Universal Parks close at 9pm. They should at least add a 9:30pm or 10pm shuttle. - The bathroom door was a pocket door, and ours didn’t lock close. Wasn’t really a big deal. - The TV channels are all a mystery. There was a card listing them in the room, but none corresponded to what was on the TV. Seriously though, these were all minor and we were impressed with this property, especially for the price.
Property was amazing. We had a dual queen suite, which also had a pull out sofa bed, which was plenty of room for my family of four. Beds were super comfortable and the room was really clean and cozy. The room came with a small kitchen area that comes stocked with everything you need, meaning real plates, bowls and silverware! Right on International Drive and close by Universal, it’s at a central location with a free shuttle to the park. The free breakfast was solid too.

People that don’t like animals saying that dogs shouldn’t be allowed in hotels. the guy was a guest and a chump. There’s always one. They should do research about where they are staying if they don’t like animals.

Amazing experience. The room had everything you could need traveling with family. 5 of us (2 kids) fit just fine in queen suite, the beds were very very comfy. everything was meticulously clean and new. Mickey pancakes at breakfast were a nice surprise too. Very close to Orlando Studios that we visited. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling with family.

One elevator wasnt working all through our stay but it was after the hurricane so in the mornings there was some waiting time

It’s the perfect hotel to visit Universal. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The members of the staff are very friendly and forthcoming with helpful information. They have a free shuttle to and from Universal - so you don’t have to pay for parking at the park which means you save almost $30 per day.
