It felt like we were staying in a parking lot.

The staff was pretty nice, especially the housekeeping staff. The overall atmosphere is calm and everyone was nice and accommodating.

Coffee maker was lame. But I brought my own French Press and coffee grounds so boiled water and made my own.

the kitchette part of the room allowed me to make my own breakfast. I also liked the large refrigerator with the ice maker.

Very convenient location just off the highway. We arrived at 1am so appreciated the quick check-in and liked the later check out time. Very comfortable bed. Liked the water bottle refill dispenser available near the front desk.

We stayed their for only 2 nights, but the check in person welcomed us, and stayed that they were set up with long=term stay facilities and invited us to use these facilities, such as the laundry. I felt that they really wanted us to feel welcome.

Could have been a little cleaner. Dust in the corners, desk chair also had dust along the seam, don’t think it had been cleaned in a long time

I did not like the fact that their is no pool or complimentary breakfast. Country inn and suites would have been more ideal for a small birthday family get together. Breakfast would have been really nice for the price i paid and also would have been very nice to swim. Kids were very disappointed.

The staff were very inviting and friendly. The room was beautiful, welcoming and very cozy.

Everywhere around the property was dog feces. Had to walk with caution. If there was a couple designated pet areas with bags for owners to clean up after there pet, I believe the grounds would be kept much cleaner.

Very friendly staff and nice room amenities. Lois, in the lobby, was a treasure. It was nice to have a friendly conversation with her each evening when we returned. Also, as silly as it sounds, we appreciated that the wall furnace wasn't loud like most hotels.

Upon check in (or on this site) were we ever told that this hotel was an “extended stay” hotel with no daily housekeeping services. The cleanliness in our room was definitely not up to standards-the upholstery on the chairs was visibly stained and the carpets were dirty.

The only thing that I can think of that could be improved upon is the bathroom lighting. It could be brighter.

Location is close to Horseheads, Elmira, Corning, airport, shopping, restaurants. In-room mini kitchen has full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, mini coffee maker. Hotel provides paper towels, dish liquid, dishwasher tabs, dishes, pots and pans, silverware, etc.
