I really liked the staff.

The pillows were old and uncomfortable. 2 outlets were broken. No venting in bathroom. No dishes in cupboards. Breakfast was not worth getting up for. Coffee was gone by 9am

I told the front desk that our toilet would not flush at 9 am on Saturday and was offered a plunger. As we were being picked up any minute, the person at the front desk said she'd have it taken care of. When we returned around 9pm, the toilet had not been addressed. I went to the front desk and the woman apologized and called maintenance in, it took him over an hour to get to the hotel. He did fix it promptly, I was just upset it had not been taken care of when we were out as promised.

The beds and bathroom were clean. Most of the staff was nice.

Smell of cigarettes and Marijuana, carpet is nasty and I didn't want to walk on without shoes, roaches, lack of water pressure in the shower, had to get dishes from front desk and TV affected by the weather.

Our room was clean but the AC did NOT work. called the front desk the young lady at the front ask us to wait till tomorrow and she will see what she can do. The next day we change room.

The fact that people actually lived here like there home. My neighbor had dogs that kept me up through out my stay. And the property refuses to take cash payments. Had to run around to find a bank to put money into my account.

Did not care for the snacks that were out for breakfast. Location was okay was close to a grocery store and restaurants.

The hallway had a strange smell. My family and I came back in after a college event and found a cup with some questionable substance in it. We told the young lady at the front desk. She was very nice. She apologized and removed the cup.

Your rooms is nothing like the pictures on the internet ya'll should seriously get that updated.the room smelled old there is no breakfast maybe a muffin and oatmeal but nothing to look forward too,the hotel don't have a kitchen all the rooms need to be renovated with new furniture or get a whole new decorations it's just depressing I wouldn't recommend it to nobody unless you just in and out but no weekends I'm really upset I paid 315 dollars for 2 nights I actually feel like I got scammed

The water stays hot and you can open your windows and the employee are great and was able to help with any problem to the best that they can.and location not bad close by restaurants and the mall

I'm pretty sure our room had fleas. Me and my son would wake up with little bites on us. Sometimes on days we didn't leave the room. Room kind of smelled stale and musty. I just bought some febreze so I got it to smell ok.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Anytime we needed something they were helpful.

One of the staff members had really tried to make us happy, but sadly we went in for check in at 4:30 and sat in the lobby with 3 other families waiting on our room to be checked and cleaned for over an hour.. check in states at the front desk that check in at 3:00 PM. It was 5:38 when we got checked In and taken to our room. We asked for a discount as we were late for our reservations, which we didn’t get even though we waited to be checked in for so long.

The upcharge for the wifi was a bit of a surprise given the relatively slow bandwidth. I upgraded because I had to Zoom with my boss but the connection was so bad we stopped trying. The staff gave me the direct number to the IT service and they were very helpful but they thought the speed was sufficient, which surprised me. I get 3x the rate at home on my personal account.

I liked that the wi-fi was much more reliable that my pervious hotel. The room was spacious and the mini-kitchen was a real plus.

Shouldn't be advertising breakfast since this consisted of totally non nutritional junk food and lowest grade coffee with nowhere to sit. Room smelled very stale and under the bed was quite dirty - old used tissues and doggy poop bags.

I didn't really have expectations from this location given the negative reviews by previous guests. Seems to be a low end chain that is more affordable than downtown locations.
