The price was ridiculous you can get a room somewhere else for the same pricee that is way more updated and the rooms are way nicer

The staff was amazing two of the rooms we got we had ti be moved due to the heat not working but that wasn't the staffs fault amd she was very nice

The room was not very clean, the bathroom was not cleaned. They had no towels and did not clean the room even though we were there 2 nights. I had to go to reception to ask for towels and was given small towels because they said no one cleaned.

The staff at the front desk were very nice.

The room had a smell of stale cigarettes and there were cigarette burn marks on the bathtub edge. I was only there for one night, so it served its purpose but probably wouldn't return

Woeful breakfast - instant oatmeal or cold cereal, small muffins, bread and rolls of eggs labeled "omelettes," alongside awful orange or apple juice or coffee. That's about it. Also, poorly painted room with about four shades of white in the bathroom.

Great location and value. More or less in the center of all the local places I wanted to sight-see.

Didn't have coffee or juice in the lobby liked it said which is false advertising I pipe to the sink was not hooked up and cause some water to go on the floor which could cause a fall I people who checked us in was not very friendly

It was dirty and the furniture was shabby at best. I can blame some of the dirt on the construction out in front but this dirt was not just because of the construction out front.

There wasn’t an elevator and my Mom and I both have issues with stairs. I thought I had seen that there was an elevator so I didn’t think to request a 1st floor room. Unfortunately, they supposedly had nothing available on the 1st floor when we arrived.

didn’t like the fact that my friend has issues walking has a boot and uses a cane and the doors didn’t have automatic opening and NO ELEVATOR. The staff that checked us in was friendly enough and said all the first floor rooms were taken.

The room was not clean and the bedsheets were not replaced, I could smell the perfume/deodorant of the other gust. When I asked the manager for an other clean room and let him smell the pillows he blamed me for the smell that I put some perfume on it making it look like it's not been replaced.... also he said if you don't like the room u can sleep in the hallway... it was not a nice guy the manager Andy Shah. PLEASE BOOK AN OTHER HOTEL BECAUSE THIS ONE IS TERRIBLE! usually I read the reviews of the guest before I book a hotel, this time I was so tired of traveling that I booked without reading the reviews. afterwards I regret my choice because there is a review of someone who says it as it is and if I only knew... it was so bad that I check out a few minutes later and went to an other hotel even tho I knew I won't get my money back... I rather pay double then staying in this hotel!
